I cancelled my subscription last month…

I cancelled my subscription last month after having it for the first year due to the deal that was offered. When I cancelled they offered a half price offer which I refused. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation but they then decided to take the money anyway. I contacted them but they didn’t call me back. I tried numerous times including using their chat option which just said it was too busy. They don’t have a phone number or an email to contact them. Absolutely useless. I will have to claim the money back through the bank. I was looking at a separate new camera which will now not be a GoPro……

Review of edx

edX is an excellent platform for…

edX is an excellent platform for learning and many courses are at a better level than that of public universities. I would recommend everyone to take advantage of edX.Regarding edX itself, the materials and videos are mostly very good. But I would recommend improving the QA forum sections a bit. Also, the upload system for hand-in assignments should be improved. For example, it is said to upload multiple files in the assignment, but you can only upload one single file, for what you need to choose a zip format. Either improve towards using zips as standardized containers for hand-ins or make it possible to upload multiple files. Nevertheless, I really enjoy edX and would like to see a growing catalog of subjects especially in the professional certificate section (e.g. Communication Technology) or the micro-master section. Because a series of courses always stands out from a single encounter. To the edX Team, keep it going. This is a great project and only by knowledge humanity can advance. So take advantage of technology and lets share knowledge with the world!

Scam!

On their website it said you would get 80DKK off your first order if you sign up for their newsletter, and you´ll get free delivery on your first order when you create a UNIQLO account.I did not get a 80DKK discount, and was still charged for delivery! So I wrote their customer support, and they didn`t even care enough to answer! It´s a scam! We´re definitely not shopping there again!

I love being able to upload my design…

I love being able to upload my design and see how it looks on the products before designing. I like when it tells me that my images aren't the right quality so that I may fix it instead of having an object printed poorly. The integration with Etsy is so easy. I like that it doesn't automatically publish to the store but puts it in the draft so that I can double check the listing before publishing

Admire MS for hiring the mentally handicapped

One question: Is the current generation of computer programmers at MicroSoft mentally handicapped? This new method of piling emails really does look like something a mental retardate would design.

Review of microsoft

Microsoft Azure is an awful service!

Microsoft Azure just deleted all my our company’s work that was stored in my account for the past 4-5 yrs. This was based on a ridiculous policy that after 90 days of an overdue invoice the system automatically deletes the account. The fact remains that I have tried numerous times to make a payment to the overdue invoice and the system wouldn’t allow me to do that either. I find it rather infuriating that a company of this size does not have support locally and all the support engineers are based overseas and it takes them more than 4 hours to respond to a ticket. When I asked about the deletion of my info and getting the data back no one could help me; once the data is deleted is it a permanent situation. What kind of policy is this??I would not recommend Microsoft Azure to anyone, they take your money automatically on invoices and then destroy information at will, what kind of crap is this!

Very little for a lot

For what the cost of the test is you get very little. Looks like a lot of information available, however you will have to have deep pockets to obtain it.

I have a Redmi phone which has been deactived, therefore I contacted the company almost 2months ago to be advised it will be reactivated within 3 to 5 working days. It's now 2 months on and after chasing with numerous emails and phone calls still no progress. I've asked to speak to a manager, this was also refused.

Poor customer service and after sales service

Just be careful with Xiaomi return policy. You can only return unwanted item within 14 days and faulty item within 30 days. I tried to return on 15th day and was told I can't.

Deloitte and Touche Fails to Fulfill their Obligations

The Cincinnati office of Deloitte seems to be only interested in helping individuals only if they are white, rich clients who have money. I called June 23 get help for a Honduran 20 year old (Wiler) who came to the United States as a 9 year old and needs help in filing a W-7 form so he can file an income tax return. Yes, file a return so he can try and obey the rules of our country! The IRS designates Deloitte as a Certifying Acceptance Agent the help file these forms. But the Cincinnati office stated since Wiler is not a paying client they routed me to their national office 800-335-6488. I was on hold for 10 plus minutes and then an additional ten minutes after I was told my wait was only 1 more minute. Hopefully one of their rich, white partners will see this and decide Deloitte should take a different attitude in helping those less fortunate than those who were born in this country!!!!

Crocs have an absolutely atrocious customer service department. The whole experience from since i ordered them has not been positive. They have an Unreliable courier service and my order was considered to be ‘lost and when i contacted the team they told me there was nothing they could do and i should just purchase another pair without a refund and i was being “ unreasonable “ to ask for one. I had to go through 4 different managers and be on the phone for an hour in order to get a refund . It was Disgusting to say the least!! I would never purchase from them again

Didn't quite meet expectations

This was my first experience shopping with ThriftBooks. I think overall it didn't quite meet my expectations. I was expecting to get the covers I ordered and had higher expectations for "good" and "very good" descriptions. I received different covers than advertised, and I think any books that have a horribly strong smell or damaged covers shouldn't be considered "good" or "very good".

AVOID Lastpass - No customer support

I've used LastPass for 8 years. I attempted to setup password less login. it required me to change the account password. Didn't write it down. Now I can't login, can't recover and the "Contact Us" option is a total farce. You cannot speak to or email anyone at the company. Apparently only hackers can get through. I am moving on to a company that is available to help their customers and will NOT renew in April.

Aggressive Sales Tactics and an Overpriced, Underwhelming Product

Aggressive Sales Tactics and an Overpriced, Underwhelming ProductWe initially started with HubSpot's free version, and that's when their aggressive sales tactics began. The constant calls and emails were incredibly intrusive and bordered on harassment. Despite this, they convinced us that their software could handle our specific need for managing product variants and combinations within their quoting functionality. However, we were unable to test this crucial feature without upgrading to a paid plan. After countless calls and emails detailing our requirements, we finally relented, trusting that HubSpot could deliver on their promises. To our dismay, the system couldn't handle our needs, rendering it essentially useless for our business. Not only is HubSpot the most expensive CRM on the market, but it also has the worst interface – cluttered, confusing, and incredibly user-unfriendly. We might have overlooked these shortcomings if the software had actually met our core requirements.Since HubSpot failed in this regard, we were forced to integrate a third-party system (at an additional cost) just to send quotes, making the entire process even more cumbersome and time-consuming.The final straw? During the whirlwind of calls and emails, we were somehow tricked into signing a 12-month contract that we can't get out of. This is the most unethical business practice I've encountered in my 20 years in the IT industry.I strongly advise anyone considering HubSpot to steer clear. They mislead you with false promises about their product, just to lock you into an inescapable contract. Their product is outrageously overpriced and doesn't offer anything that countless other CRMs can't provide at a fraction of the cost, without the shady contract terms.Avoid HubSpot and their unethical bait-and-switch tactics at all costs.

Authenticity Guarantee Failed — eBay Left Me With an Altered Card

I bought a 2009 Steph Curry rookie auto under eBay’s “Authenticity Guarantee.” The card was shipped to their authentication center and passed. But when I submitted it to PSA, they flagged it as “Evidence of Recoloration” and refused to slab it.I contacted eBay with documentation — including PSA’s report — but they declined to help, citing that 30 days had passed. That 30 days includes the time their own authentication process and grading turnaround ate up. I couldn’t possibly know it was altered within their time frame. So now I’m stuck with a tampered card worth far less — all because eBay’s process failed and they won’t take accountability. The entire system is rigged to shield themselves from liability while advertising “protection.”Buyers beware: Authenticity Guarantee is NOT what it claims to be. If something slips through, you’re on your own.
