"Strategic" maintenance

The futures platform strategically goes down for maintenance or there are errors on the platform restricting access to futures section whenever there are big moves in the market. Basically they stop retail traders from using leverage trading to their own benefit, stopping you from closing out losing positions or repositioning to make the most gains from your trades. This has happened on at least 4 occassions in the last 2/3 months during big crypto moves. This platform is a scam with a fancy UI, DO NOT TRUST. The UI is absolute plop as well, just looks alright, complete pain in the arse to use.EDIT: Kraken response is that maintenance is shown on their page? If you look at the page you will see that they "planned" the maintenance the day of the blackout and didn't issue any other notification or warning to users. Scam blackout, designed to screw users out of money. As was the last one, and the one before that, and the one before that. Not good enough. Oh I also didn't mention the scam wicks that Kraken gets that no other DEX gets 🤣 20% move out of nowhere just to clean out longs/shorts, but somehow nobody's orders ever get filled, go figure. Scaaaaaam

Review of wayfair

Not a smart company.

I just bought a new house and am buying a lot of furniture. I applied and received a Wayfair Credit Card since they will finance with no interest which is awesome. So I bought a desk for $1,600 and then tried to buy a Credenza for $3,000 for behind my bar and was refused. I found out that the credit limit on the card was only $4,000. I tried to raise the limit so I could buy the credenza and was denied. BTW my Credit score is well over 800 on all the credit beurres so I think it was because the card is only a few days old. At any rate they said they would send me a letter (Snail Mail) with the reason and it would have a number I could call to take it from there. I couldn't get to a person who would actually try and solve the problem or take the order. This is not a smart company.

Horrible experience - on customer support and had to file fraudulent complaint with bank to get my money back for a product never shipped. No accountability from shop owner to respond or send item. Canon Shop is a fraud.

Amazon India in a tearing hurry to wreck a global brand

1. Millions of fraudster tradesmen selling fake, low quality products. Amazon India keeps its eyes shut2. It sources and allows trading of products whose manufacturers are unlisted, place of manufacture is not known and products more often than not do not have lawfully required labels3. Its own product lines have no labels and have dubious origins and quality4. When as a consumer I provide feedback, Amazon India shamelessly blocks the feedback saying'content not in line with its policy'. So Amazon India can flout rules, cheat Indians every second but we can not call Amazon harboring and promoting cheats5. The ONLY thing that went in its favor was its very gud team of phone officers but that has also gone down now suddenly.6. PLZ NEVER BUY NON RETURNABLE ITEMS ON AMAZON IN BECAUSE THESE ITEMS ARE BOUND TO BE WHICH YOU WANT TO RETURN OR BIN!AMAZON INDIA IS A CRAP ORGANIZATION AND IN A HURRY TO WRECK THE GLOBAL BRAND. BECAUSE OF IMBECILE OVERZEALOUS ONLY FINANCIALS DRIVEN QUALITY BLIND REGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT.

Lowes hindering my home improvements

I ordered over 2k of fence, posts, gates, things I planned to build on a loan account, or a "one time" purchase, all my items show in store, I had to drive to another state so 2 chain link gates were not cancelled, and the farm gates back ordered a month, then cancelled, and show in stock local to me... Lowes is sooooooo FAST to cancel an order since they dont know how to get the inventory straight. dont trust a car ride to get an in stock item, I had a worker in AL tell me oh you cant trust what the site says... really? You guys returned over 900 of my 2k order and didnt ask me a thing

Horrible cust svc and refund policy

I bought an RPX 3D tickets for Rampage (confirmation 317645969).When I arrived at the movie house, they do not have the RPX 3D version.I got a refund from the theater but I need to be refunded the $3 convenience fee I was charged. When I contacted their customer service via chat online, the response was pretty much "that's too bad, we can't refund the fee because you got a service which is the tickets you purchase" They didn't care that I couldn't use the tickets and that the purchase was defective. Shame on them. I have been a member for so many years and now I am terminating my VIP membership.
