I bought an RPX 3D tickets for Rampage (confirmation 317645969).When I arrived at the movie house, they do not have the RPX 3D version.I got a refund from the theater but I need to be refunded the $3 convenience fee I was charged. When I contacted their customer service via chat online, the response was pretty much "that's too bad, we can't refund the fee because you got a service which is the tickets you purchase" They didn't care that I couldn't use the tickets and that the purchase was defective. Shame on them. I have been a member for so many years and now I am terminating my VIP membership.
