My father invested over £1400 and due to the complex nature of the selling process and admittedly his inexperience - he lost all his money. Do not use them.

WE ARE A HOTEL AND HAVE LISTED OUR PROPERTY ON ALMOST DOZEN OF OTAS. WE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE OF THIS KIND WITH OTA. THEY ALWAYS CARE ABOUT YOUR LISTING. THIS IS THE WORST LISTING PLATFORM EVER I HAVE SEEN. IF YOU ASK FOR A HELP FROM A SUPPORT TEAM, THEY SAY OK MY COLLEAGUE WILL SHORTLY CALL YOU BACK. AND THEY NEVER CALL YOU. IT WAS THIS WORSE THAT I REMOVED MY LISTING FROM THIS OTA

Had an issue with the way I had set Yoast up. Contacted them via chat - real agent option - and they were helpful. He did what he could for me and had to escalate. The escalation was dealt with very quickly and my problem - of my own making I add - was fixed. Impressed

I will never use Holiday Inn again after this. They say they offer the lowest price online and if you can find cheaper within 24 hours, then they will give you the first night free.
I found their hotel cheaper on Amoma. £163 a night inc breakfast, rather than £215 a night inc breakfast. Rang them to ensure EXACTLY the same and it was, booked it, reported within 24 hours as stated, but they wriggle out of honouring it
NEVER trust IHG, Holiday inn, Crowne Plaza etc, I have used their hotels many times, but this will be the last - I even asked the person on the phone when booking if they would try and get out of their guarantee free night, as if they were going to I would book elsewhere, she assured me their guarantee was good, it was not though, con merchants
Do not offer such a guarantee if you do not honour it
I would not recommend anyone take notice they are the lowest price as they are not, and then if you book and expect them to honour the free night, do not expect that either

No ability to report servers and the moderators of servers for scamming users after getting banned from that server (purpose of ban is no other than to silence me and continuing scamming others).Making a ticket about this with all the evidence I have on hand (Message IDs, Server, user IDs channel IDs), will only result in a botted response from Nelly. This was when I finally tempted one of their staff to admit to the whole scam, and discord support gives me their botted response, and reporting of individual messages of him admitting to it did nothing since I can clearly see 2 of them in another server they have mod in too.Evidence of scam in the user's reddit here (includes initial email to abuse email but the eml file contains outdated data. I'm a subscriber but to date I've never received a single edition on time. I've constantly had to be after them to chase up the whereabouts of my issues. I've never had problems with other magazine subscriptions. This company must be deliberately withholding issues or some serious fundamental administration problems at play. Either way you never get what you pay for as a subscriber so certainly one to avoid!
