I bought an All-In-One Desktop a year ago. About 4 months ago I started hearing this popping, cracking noise, almost as though it was coming from the speakers. Still under warranty, I shipped my computer to Lenovo in Ontario. Three weeks later I got a call from the Lenovo Service Hub stating they could not replicate the problem, so there was nothing to fix and they’d be shipping it back. One week later I got the computer back, and it had been packed in a thin flimsy box without appropriate packaging. Whoever packed it failed to remove the base of the stand and so the stand had broken off, and had punctured a hole in the screen, that radiated cracks. And this is the mess I’m left with. I called Lenovo many times trying to get this issue resoled, but no one will give me a definite plan on how to resolve this. It’s impossible to talk to anyone nor get an email response from anyone. I have been without my working computer for 6 weeks now. I’m left with a useless damaged computer I cannot use that still has initial noise problem, plus a shipping bill of $185.00. Their customer service is appalling to say the least. How can they leave me hanging like this for so long. Stay away from Lenovo, you’ll be better off.

i bought a gaming laptop at Sep 2023at Feb 2024, when i play game, the laptop will clash and only can force to restartI contact lenovo for service multiple times (more than 1 year), but the problem still exist, and they refuse to do 1-to-1 replacement. Then what is the point of warrantly? The lenovo service don't know what is problem, can't fix it, and refuse to exchange a new laptop. DONT buy LENOVOor else you will regret

Without going into detail, I became unable to login due to a malfunction in the LastPass Authenticator. Tech support did not call as requested on their site. They would send an response email once per day and not address my question on how to regain access to passwords. They required a sales receipt from 12 years ago to verity ID but that is not something I have. I could not cancel service without logging in. I lost all my passwords and had to block them on my Visa card. I used them for 12 years, but am now using Bitwarden.

I've been watching Emmerdale this evening on live TV. The number of adverts is disgusting.......at least 10 during every break!!!Will now monitor how many adverts are shown during live programmes. If this ridiculous number of ads carries on, I'll be stopping watching ITV live. I very rarely watch ITVX because of the number of ads shown on there.Why have ITV increased the number of ads on live programmes?

Was using Facebook when a screen popped up saying my account was suspended for violating their “drugs, guns, and other prohibited goods” community standard and I that have 180 days to appeal the suspension. If I don’t appeal within that time frame, my account will be deleted, or if the appeal is denied, my account will be deleted. I then received an email stating the same thing. When I pressed the “appeal” button, it asked for my phone number to send a verification code via SMS. I entered the number and no text arrived. Tried this four times and nothing. Then had to download WhatsApp to get the code. Entered the code and then had to enter a code that was sent to my email. This was on 10/16/24. I never received any warning or anything…just poof! Still unable to access the account and no reply from FB. I use the app to keep in touch with family and friends, especially after the recent hurricanes in Florida and North Carolina. I have never posted anything drug or gun related, nor have I posted anything about any of the “prohibited goods”. Pretty sure their stupid AI monitors had a hand in this. Hopefully the account is restored soon. If not, I’m done with Facebook and Zuckerberg’s regime!

Right! Omg!! Where do i start with this outrageous, ridiculous platform. It's all about control and reprimanding for a minimum of ANYTHING!!!. So, they banned me on 3 different occasions and the days got longer. I now have been banned for 169 days and they said if I don't contact within the 169 days the will DELETE my whole account. I have over 4000 friends from all over the world and can not get into my account. Anyway, they said contact them to review the case ( 10 times I mailed them ) and, not one reply. They say check your email , which I don't and never a reply after the 10 replies. I think Facebook enjoy the fact they can control you and cause you frustration, by telling lies that they respond and they don't. Can I just give a shout out? IGNORE THIS FACEBOOK PLATFORM LIKE HELL. THEY JUST CONTROL AND ABUSE YOUR GOOD NATURE AND I HAVE MENTAL HEALTH VULNERABILITIES AND I KNOW THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME DUE TO THIS, BY TELLING LIES, FALSELY SAYING I GOT 10 EMAILS FROM THEM. IGNORE THIS PLATFORM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!@
