I ordered a used Ibanez WT80 Wholetone jazz amp from the GC website. The amp came from a store in Indiana. It was advertised as being in "great" condition. When it arrived I took it out of the box ... cosmetically it was a "10" - pretty much looked like new. Then I got my guitar, plugged it in, turned the amp on, started playing ... I got static, crackling, the chorus effect would not turn off, and distortion (not the good kind - and this amp should not have ANY). I thought maybe it was the cable. Tried other cables - same result. Figured it was damaged by UPS. So I returned it to the Mays Landing, NJ store, no questions asked, got the full refund. But what I found disturbing, was that the next day the same amp was up for sale online from the Mays Landing (Atlantic City) store (where I returned it), listed as being in "great" condition. Clearly no one bothered to check it. In reality it was unusable! So now some other poor customer will order it, receive it ... and find that it's damaged junk. Couldn't tell you if just that particular store is dishonest ... or all of them. But this is just plain wrong, and certainly destroys MY trust in the company. No wonder they have been on the brink of bankruptcy several times!

They don’t forecast the weather - they wait until it gets here then update the app. It’s almost like they look out the window on the day and see what it’s like then update it - anything in the future that appears on the app before the day arrives is completely made up. For Newcastle it’s said it’s going to be dry all day Friday all week then it gets to midnight Thursday and all of a sudden it now says it’s going to pour it down all day and I’ve arranged gardening help with electric equipment. Can’t be relied upon at all so I’ve just deleted their app. It’s constantly incorrect you are better off getting up in the morning, seeing what it’s like then making your plans. Computer modelling is not what it’s cracked up to be and we need to go back to proper forecasting.

Impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. I’ve tried unsubscribing via email and the website for close to a year. I’ve tried reporting them as spam. I’ve tried blocking their address. Each email seems to be from a new generated address therefore blocking doesn’t work. This is an FCC violation.

Been a user for years however noticing a major decline. Also a premium member.I have over 1000 liked songs yet if I shuffle I will ALWAYS hit the same 10-20 songs and have to skip as they are always played. How hard is it to just randomly shuffle?Podcasts are a joke, loads of glitches, forgets where you are. Half way through a 4 hour podcast and you open the app and it sh*ts itself and either starts again or just goes to the end. The skip by 15 seconds button is also broke. Annoyingly I can’t live a life where I listen to ads so I’m still premium. However STILL gets ads from podcasts that fortunately can be skipped, for now.

Dropbox has gone from its initial amazing features of heaven to a greedy pool of shady promises and constant non-consumer friendly practices.I have since years back gone over to OneDrive from M$ which atm offers me allot more and secure than Dropbox did.I was in the Beta, where we all got 10 gb for free (cannot remember100%). Also with the invitation bonuses I had gains about 23 gb extra, so my free account had about 32 gb of storage.After going to premium I was given 1 tb + 32 gb which was great. BUT when stopping my premium subscriptions ALL my bonuses was removed and I only had 5 gb, when logging in today I have 15 gb so they must have fixed something.Sad though since this dosent matter due to my account being constantly full and never syncing, this is due to that shared storage FILLS MY STORAGE. My moms shared family photos of 60 gb now fills and blocks my account, and I cannot even access them. Dropbox chargers twice for the SAME data (they want me and my mother to pay for premium). This becomes extra disgusting as Dropbox are using De-duplication to save storage, this means it remove any duplicated files no matter who the owner from anyone's dropbox storage and uses the ONE file for everyone as reference. Which is fine but disgusting since they charge extra for it.They often tend to take unfriendly actions towards consumers which often leads to loss of features or data due to their feature changes.That accompanied with their ill willing to fully disclose the full prices of their services makes me often feel unsecure with using Dropbox.
