I hate this website so much--it does not keep track of the actual message you send your guests, it just says that a message has been sent on a particular day. Further to that, there are character counts on these messages, which is not practical for international couples who have lots of information to share. Furthermore, we created a distinct grouping of people to invite to the rehearsal dinner, and then proceeded to send a note to that grouping, but the knot's default was to send to everyone on the guest list...I truly think that this website was designed in 2009 and has somehow achieved ubiquity in the market, but hasn't changed since then.

Full Refund of Premium Subscription

I availed a free trial subscription and forgot to cancel subscription which automatically deducted money from my online wallet. I immediately contacted Tech Support and requested a full refund and they were very accommodating and swift in response. Few hours later, the full amount was returned in my wallet without a single deduction. Overall, my experience with this website was short, it was helpful and very flexible and understanding of their customers.

I purchased a monthly plan

I purchased a monthly plan - specifically to acquire one web site. It did not work. So I purchased individually with a 12 month support plan to get things going. That worked. You should not sell without links to the creator as I was given no choice.

No one to take calls???

I don't understand how they only give you 30 minutes to cancel an online order (sometimes even 15!), but then have an automated message tell you they are "unable to connect you to a service agent" when you try to call and cancel! They have some seriously shady business practices that I am just now seeing during this global health crisis. I am bitterly disappointed in my former favorite department store. A call center is basically the best type of job to have people working from home!

X twitter suspended my account without any explanation. Can not reach them. They repeat a stupid obvious message within seconds without reading my objection They even don't let me deactivate my account.Yes I post comments objecting the, according to me poisonous, Islamisation of my country. My slightly autistic daughter is regularly harassed by streetpredators.While I nevertheless do never threaten anyone on line or in the streets, she and me are often threatened. The moderators of X in the Netherlands are according to me jew hating, Hamas supporters. It is obvious that they have no problem with tweets glorifying Hamas terrorists.Awful and sick company.
