Oculus Sucks

This question asks how this company could improve but I do not think it can. I do not think I have ever had a worse experience with a company than oculus. I do not even know where to begin. The products suck and barely work, the software runs worse than deleted apps, and the customer service is non-existent. I seriously cannot name a single good thing about Oculus/Meta.

Would you like a refund or replacement?

I had a faulty Mi Band, which injured me when it broke within 2 months of receipt. Xiaomi very slowly agreed a refund, which is the option I chose as I was buying a different Mi band. I then find they have shipped me a replacement, and refuse to refund me, even if I ship it back at my expense. I DO NOT WANT THIS WATCH, please give me the refund as agreed. I won't be able to sell it on becusde it's not a good product.

Professional, Patient and Dedicated Staff

Well the support staff are great, so patient and professional. I couldn't get mega to download files, I followed their clear directions to the letter. cleared my browser & cache, logged out/in tried various things and eventually found the cause, but I couldn't have done it without so much assistance. 5* isn't enough for these wonderful ppl.

No customer service whatsoever

No customer service whatsoever. I paid for an account under one email address. My team paid under another email address. I have no problem that I paid twice as it was our error. The first account has run out and they have made BOTH accounts now basic. No response from their customer service to remedy.

Review of ontario

MNRF of Ontario and their Cruelty

I will try to be brief. MNRF of Ontario does not seem to be accountable to the people who pay taxes and help pay their salaries. It’s very worrisome that conservation officers are hired with so little education. Their site says a college degree may be an asset when applying for a job as conservation officer but I assume from that higher education is not a prerequisite for getting a job. MNRF in Ontario behaves in brutish and savage practices. If you are at all caring about our wildlife please investigate penned dog hunting, which is beyond cruel and is being expanded. You can also inquire about Mally’s 3rd Chance Raccoon where the MNRF recently conducted a military style invasion of the premises of Mally’s rehabilitation facility. They took 87 raccoons that were being treated and getting ready to be returned to the wild. That was in September. Now over half of these animals are dead. Dead because MNRF didn’t treat them properly. Some were also put down. A number of years ago MNRF did the same invasion of another rehab facility for raccoons. They sold the raccoons for research. This was in the Ottawa Carlton area. Please check out the atrocities committed by MNRF of Ontario and raise your voice in protest to their barbaric behaviour.

Review of notion

Second Class Customer

Notion treats android users as second class customers. They always choose to cater to Apple users even though Android has a larger customer base. Notion calendar was released and they have an iOS app but not an android app. The notion app for android is 100 times worse that the version for iOS. I will cancel my subscription and move on to someone that values my business and does not treat me like a second class customer.

Keep away, no help available as the money don't go where you intended

Tried to buy the yearly membership for my son's new (x-mas gift) console. The money didn't go to his account, and the customer service only sends automated mails asking the same questions all over again (even though I've answered them twice already). Have been waiting for weeks! Better to avoid such company. The sad thing is that the expensive console is basically useless for my son (without the network membership).

I got a beauty box from them last week and the products are such high end and I swear I was like a little girl at Christmas, as beauty boxes go then this is one of my faves! I only wish they did monthly subscriptions.

Don't Purchase - go with ACF PRO or another service

Service is horrible where they only have operations at night in the US - likely on purpose. They have resolved almost none of my support requests. Just go to ACF Pro or other ones. They will save you time and peace of mind. Likely these reviews might be tainted as well.
