Just had the worst experiencing where after cancelling a reservation through priceline i was charged a cancelling fee (I had viewed a free cancellation expiration of noon the day before when reserving) so i called the hotel and informed them, I was told by the staff who answered that I am not incurring charge from hotel and that the hotel was refunding full amount. She suggested i call priceline. Price proceeded to tell me that i was being charged the first day because it was not 1 day prior to arrival date and that this is the hotels policy. I informed them that no this was not the hotel policy since i just spoke to them. When I called the hotel back that manager answered and TOTALLY CHANGED THE STORY!!!! I also spoke to the woman who told me that the hotel was providing full refund and SHE DID ALSO. I WISH I WOULD HAVE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION!!!! I was outright lied to and they probably have the conversation recorded.

It is impossible to contact a human. Been a member since 2006 and have never been able to use the points system. Tried to day, and was issued a "credit" that was 0 dollars (supposed to be $10)...after 18 years...Terrible app and experience!

Poor Management and Customer Service

On March 25th I had my thermostats replace under warranty. I received the new thermostat on March 28 and used the label emailed to return on March 29th. I took the package in to FedEx location in Hoover, Al. The representative had an issue scanning the label. She called over her manager and he keyed something in and a labor printed. She placed the label over my label. Another label printed and she placed that one over the one the manager printed 2 weeks later I received an email from Google stating they had not received my thermostat. I contacted Google and was told I needed to contact FedEx. I was told by FedEx that I could not create a claim Google needed to. I was told by the manager at the FedEx location they were not responsible once packages are dropped off. As of todayPer FedEx, Google has not contacted them. Each time I call in to Google Nest and keep getting the run around. I ask to speak with a manager and every time the managers are busy. (Ex Randy and Frolan)Can anyone assist me on getting a contact email, address, or number to corporate so I can get some assistance?This has been going on since March 2023

Permitting fake reviews

I know from other review sites of several customers who have accused Touchstone Lofts of misleading them by creating fake profiles on Google and Trustpilot to leave positive reviews. These reviews are believed to be written by the company itself or by paid reviewers, rather than legitimate customers. This has resulted in a misleadingly high rating for Touchstone Lofts on Google and Trustpilot platforms.

Furthermore, when I contacted Google via their flagging process and email, they, quite frankly, just dismiss or ignore you and allow these companies like Touchstone Lofts to continue in their misleading and unethical business practices.

Google's review verification process is not stringent enough, and that it fails to detect and remove fake reviews that are submitted by businesses like Touchstone Lofts. Instead they just mark them as "unverified".

It appears that Google and Trustpilot are allowing businesses like Touchstone Lofts to use their platforms for deception and wrongdoing. Consumers should be aware of these allegations when considering hiring Touchstone Lofts for a loft conversion or any other building project for that matter. I would advise potential customers to conduct their own detailed research, including background checks on the owner and the other businesses he has, and make informed decisions based on a variety of sources, rather than relying solely on Google and Trustpilot ratings.

Based on my experience, I would not 'Trust' Google as they appear bias towards companies and not interested in representing the genuine consumer' experience whatsoever.

I have experienced many of the very same problems expressed on this site about delivery issues of the prInt edition. Six times within a three week period they failed to deliver the paper. I finally went to strictly online access and, I still cannot read the full articles EVEN AFTER logging in. It keeps telling me to subscribe or log in even when I’m already logged in! And, you cannot cancel online! I used to trust and hold in high esteem the WSJ... NO LONGER!!!

Like Dorthy from the Wizard of Oz, there's no place like home, when your a guest for an extended stay, at the Fiesta Americana in Aguascalinentes Mexico!The pictures on their website are authentic, what you see is what you get, what you can't see and experience until you're here are warm, caring, compassionate and professional staff facility wide that make every effort to accommodate as best they can what you may need. This is our third extended stay (2-3 months) and we are still over the "Rainbow" happier with the entire stay! We are leaving after 3 months (12-16-22 to 3-17-23) but will take with us memories that will last a lifetime!

Target changes only benefit them.

Target has dropped many Up & Up products, with red dot specials that totally SUCK!!! I am an individual household. DO NOT NEED to buy 2 or more packs of anything!!! I could before the change. Target was one of my favorite places to shop. It's becoming my least favorite, with these changes that seem to be better for Target, than consumers!!!

The only tip this organisation deserves is a rubbish tip.

They take a large slice of your charity funds for what? They are basically just a holding account. Their donations page then asks you for a 'tip' of at least ten percent (its impossible to donate otherwise), what a rip off. The only tip this organisation deserves is a rubbish tip. I found Just Giving to be useless at helping, but realise they are a taking a minimum of ten percent of donations for doing little more than being a holding account. Scandalous. Stay well clear and just set up a holding account of your own. This is a shameful barefaced way of creaming off money - lots of it, from peoples' generosity.

I really don't know how but they took money from my bank without me doing anything. My bank have blocked them but said they need to give me the money back as I must have signed up?? Which I hadn't I emailed them and they wanted my card number which I refused. This is still going on and I have no idea where they got my bank details from?? Its just disgraceful the way they treat people. I am so worried that they will try again and cannot sleep!!!!!
