Zoom customer service is really bad. The tech people are disappointing, unhelpful, and defensive..blaming everything on your internet connection (I did a speed test and mine is 634). Now I'm paying for the Business Plan ($200/month) just to be able to reach someone by phone and who might be more informed.They say they will have a tech person figure the problem out but then it takes 4 days to get one of them and they won't talk to you. They just respond to a "ticket." This approach to trouble shooting in order to diagnose an issue is totally ineffective.Apple is a DREAM compared to zoom.

As a small business owner, I tried Yelp Ads to help grow my business about six months ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any leads, so I stopped running ads because I was spending more than I was earning.In January, I received a call from a Yelp agent who claimed my previous campaign was “falsely advertised.” He promised to help me set up a better campaign and told me I just needed to restart my subscription. He assured me he would call the next day to guide me through the process.That call never came. After a week, I followed up myself and spoke to a different representative, who had no record of the original agent. She promised to call me back to help with my account setup. Meanwhile, my ads had already started running, so I was being charged without the campaign being properly configured.I eventually managed to get my deposit refunded, but I now owe $253 for ads I wasn’t fully aware were active. This experience feels misleading and unfair.Small business owners rely on transparency and support, especially from large companies like Yelp. It's a no from me I'm afraid.First things first, the features are not the reason for my review. This is purely from a customer service point of view.We're a small but growing business and took out just their starter package on a monthly subscription to see how it was. I was told I could take out the monthly subscription and cancel at any time.The range of features was overwhelming for us but that's nothing against them for that, it's just not for us. I cancelled my monthly rolling plan only for invoices to still keep flooding in. Checked my account and by their own admission I was somehow in a no-mans-lands...Somehow signed up for monthly, paying monthly, but locked under the terms of the annual contract for a full year...Bounced from department to department, general advisers suggesting I speak cancellations, cancellations said to speak to my account manager, she didn't want to know and I should speak to cancellations, starter packages now don't have call support only email and web chat, web chat unavailable, emails unanswered...see my point....Complete nightmare which for a small business in the run up to Christmas we could do without.On a side note, the general advisers were very polite and the last gentleman I spoke with in Ireland has managed to push this towards being sorted faster than about 10 previous emails and 3-4 prior calls.

I would like to say that Gumroad is a great and excellent service, I have used gumroad for about 3 years and it has been very pleasant and rewarding.My payouts have always been accurate and on time except for being 5 day delay due to standard bank processing. But Gumroad has never have missed any of my payouts. Gumroad also takes a stand against fraud and fought for my money against fraudulant chargebacks. and has won 2 out of 3 chargbacks in my favor. :-PThe CEO is very helpful and has answered my questions personally and professionally, the Gumroad support staff has always been attentive and understanding. Made an order for £3,353.01 Checked my balance.placed the order and PINsenrty authorized the payment to them for the above amount. Payment failed as Dell decided to break the Order down into two parts and tried to bill the £898.04 first In the order they would get shipped I expect. My Bank blocked this as it did not match the £3,353.01 authorized. Well this seems to be the trouble? I emailed them and got lots spam saying payment failed and all replies to them emails got returned due to it was an outgoing email addy only. When i did get in contact, I was at fault it seems. So explained the above and said I would like to re order but need to know if to order it in 2 parts or one. I asked for email only. (As do not use phones).Phone that hardly ever rings was ringing for 2 days.Maybe i NEEDED to TELL them i am Mute and not just say email only please. So looks like i am at fault AGAIN. Not Happy

You would think that a website that is based on providing investment information would have the latest and most accurate information, however, that is not the case with Bankrate. Their rates for CD's and Money Market account is OLD and INACCURATE as far as being the highest paying rates available. Apparently, no one is updating this site and my guess is that the companies they list are PAYING to be placed on their site to attract customers. There are much better rates available for both MM & CD's so shop elsewhere if you are looking.
