This is genuinely the worst platform of all time. I purchased battlefield 5 with money i worked for and was able to play a decent amount of the game before one day for no reason at all, when i try to load up the game it tells me to link an epic games account? okay, i log into my ea account as it tells me to then it tells me there is an epic games account already linked then gives me no further instructions and does not allow me to play my game. I log into ea launcher to see my connected accounts tab, and theres no connected accounts. I only found out on my own that the "connected accounts tab" they were telling me to check on the help website, is ONLY available on the ea WEBSITE. great. so I unlink my epic games account, perfect solution right? never. now when the epic games account link prompt comes up when i load battlefield 5 it only says, "there WAS an epic games account linked and cant link another one" then tells me no further instructions, i can literally never play my game ever again because of EA

Customer service confirmed the driver did not attempt delivery yet claimed to 'need more information'. Was supposed to be with me by 9pm, that happened at 8:30pm. Then at 10:30pm I was told 'the delivery is late but still coming', then again a minute later 'delivery failed, we need more information'. Wasted so much of my time. And now seperately being told the next day that delivery will be in 2 days. Unbelievable. Associates promise you many things, it's all useless with obviously scripted replies and endless scripted apologies. Having been transferred to a 'duty manager' left me without any response in 25 minutes and counting

Before this happened I would have thought Google was a good company. I bought a GooglePlay card at my local shop. It would not redeem. I searched for a customer service number. Got through, was put on hold. Then told the team was busy! Then I emailed got a reply with a link to prove who I was that didn’t work, then another exactly the same. Then an email saying - ‘Unfortunately I have to inform you that our specialized team reviewed and noticed inconsistencies in your account. Hence we are unable to assist you further on the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.’ And that was that. They have stolen my money. DO NOT USE GOOGLE PLAY! St

I paid for a £1.99 course and was charged £280.74 for a year subscription that I did not agree to sign up for, or was warned about prior to their cancellation date. Domestika is a scam, don't pay for their courses. I've tried to resolve this via PayPal but because they seem to think Domestika is "legitimate", they won't help.12/06/2025 update: still no refund. The link provided for refund help tells you to email Domestika, which I have done on several occasions, and the responses received are automated. There is no direct team to email, or phone number. They will say you failed to cancel the subscription, but I didn’t sign up for the subscription in the first place. Fraudulent scamming thieves!

Long time ago I ditched other services in favor of IMDB as it gave an all around idea about movies I'm interested in. Not anymore.It started slowly to censor ratings and reviews to the point of just plain lying about it and giving false data to members.This service is no longer trustworthy and I'll be moving to other websites that respect the viewer's opinion.

Unethical, they autorenew your premium membership and change the amount that was initially agreed on. Incompetent and Extremely deceiving. Just simply trying to cancel their premium membership is so time consuming. They try to make it extremely hard for you to cancel anything once you're on it taking you through all their marketing mazes until you give up or are confused.

Applied for a passport online through their pilot program 6 weeks ago. Paid for expedited processing which should have been 3-5 weeks and still haven't received an update on my passport & my travel is upcoming. Their customer service reps are useless and I helpful because they're not able to see anything in the system. Now I'm left having to wait 2 weeks before my travel date to submit an in person passport request because of these the incompetence & laziness that is this department. Sad and pathetic they're.

Worst scam - signed up for free trial, but without knowing it signed me up for a yearly stock subscription. I found out and wanted to exit, but that would cost me $400, and would loose all credits. I was almost crying. Problem solved: Then I realised I could just change to another cheaper plan, and then I could cancel that plan right away.
