Horrendous experience :(

Our accommodation nr the O2 Greenwich London, after a long haul flight, was unavailable upon arrival. We were left with nowhere to stay! No access info provided & no response from the property owner despite multiple attempts. No help from CS at all. Property concierge told us the apartments were private & not allowed for rental, but after reporting all this to booking.com they continue to advertise it!! They continue to are facilitate this fraud & do date have not replied to any of my many emails! Disgusting, & I feel sorry for anyone else booking 8 Cutter Lane, Greenwich SE10

what kind of people work for this delivery, it's unacceptable, it's really low level,i was at home tracking my delivery ,i was waiting then this shit delivery guy instead of ringing the doorbell or calling my phone number, or even putting the package in front of the door, but instead of that, he put my order in the bin of rupish, and I had to pick it up from the trash, it's really disgusting, this guy is really sick, what the hell is this shit

Google Store

Google Store. I ordered a security key from Google on 14th December. DPD made 1 attempt to deliver it then sent is straight back to Google warehouse. Trying to contact Google store is impossible as you go around in circles on help pages. Absolutely disgusting both Google and DPD. As at 26th December still no 'next day delivery', bearing in mind that the initial attempted delivery was 9 days before Christmas day.

Your world and domestic political news is the main reason I like ET, especially the current reporting on China and Russia. I do not find your extensive health and fitness sections useful or particularly interesting - just too many words about too little substance. I would like to see you replace it with more American and world history, science (like nuclear fusion and cosmology) and more international current events like Israel/Hamas/Iran, EU troubles, Muslim spread in Europe, even trouble in African nations.

Ride supposed to cost $9 ended costing $60

Ride that was supposed to cost $9 ended costing $60 and there is no human power on earth to make it right. I never accepted such high fare for a 10 min ride and they claim that I accepted that fare and there is nothing they can do.

NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER STEALING

1st time user of ANY ride service. My mom NEEDED to get to a Dr. appt & my car in shop, had 50% off promo. Schedualed a ride 5HOURS EARLY! Immediately noticed 2 different total cost amounts, so after 30 mins tracking down a way to get ahold of "customer service" + 1 hour of text only contact I gave up trying to figure out why? I even sent snapshot of the different totals to 2 DIFF REPS, NEITHER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED the difference. Mom NEEDS the ride so I cave. 30 mins before appt time I recieved a cancelation due to OVER DOUBLE TOTAL not clearing thru my cash app!!! WTF! LYFT SUCKS!

The IA app for Icon crashing

The IA app for Icon crashing. Not lot of icons, basic thing like meeple even don't exist on this app. The UX design is like a maze, i'm lost very quick, not enough intuitive. Not direct logo to return home just to return on category, you need to understand click on product for return to homepage. $9 to $33 is to expansive for the moment. I hope you guys can improve your plateforme. I think this plateforme can be cool with the goods UX and AI tools if this tools don't crash at the first try. Good luck !

Crypto.com can disable customer service feature!

I have been a member of Crypto.com since they were Monaco. They have been hacked twice in the past and have since tried covering it up by purchasing crypto.com domain for 10 million dollars. I have used crypto.com to purchase crypto but never usually left it on the exchange except for the benefits of the crypto.com card. Recently, I tried to withdraw a small amount of crypto and my I kept getting a message stating wrong passcode. I knew something was wrong because I have withdrew many times in the past. I contacted crypto.com and they did their best to assist me by providing steps like restart phone, uninstall/reinstall app, and use another phone. I did everything. Still nothing. One key thing I noticed about customer service this time is our conversation for the past two days was not being documented. The last one in the customer support section was a month ago. This led me to believe crypto.com was trying to cover their tracks and ignore me. The last message from crypto.com was to disable 2fa and to do this you need to provide a pic of ID and a recording of your face. I tried this and it always comes out unsuccessful. I'm stuck at this moment and don't know what to do. The customer support section in the setting is not even there to message the same people I was talking to yesterday. I'm officially done with crypto.com. and I hope they are exposed for the lack of customer service and shady things they have done. I truly believe they have the ability to make your transactions slow in the app when it comes to selling or glitch when you are trying to input numbers to sell crypto. I believe they do this so that it's harder to sell crypto at the time when you need to lock in profits most. And then you lose money. Be careful!
