Really excellent search engine that leaves Google in the dust and if you compare search results you begin to clearly see how Ecosia hasn't monetised its results. Google wants you to pay them to adjust your listing's position in their page results.I'm using Ecosia from now on

I cancelled my subscription more than a month ago, I never used because they don’t have what I need, they charged me, even though was the trial time when I cancelled. Now they charged me again. I contacted them and was ignored. Don’t had my money back. Ridiculous.

Even when you've run out of toilet paper, whst is tge best thing, news paper as at it again, fake, corrupted news of trying to play and scare people with the same old sanario of covid-19 infections rising again now winter 2023 as to the likes of MSN.Both want to get a real life as only have to look at what happened to news of the world,Garbage and woke, even ran by AI doesn't help. And no news is good news, and shows you they print and talk you know what, And will they ever learn, don't think so as got nothing better to print, than crap and fake news , when trying to stir things up again.

I like the streaming and inbox are in one place which is excellent.Publishing, I find it bit of difficulty because you cannot give a simple click with dates of repeating, this has to do it one by one...only way to do this uploadng excel, again must be individual post.Sometimes you want a quick overview what the posts are on the calendar, all you can see is number not the imagery post unless you need to click on them...again a little time consuming.Those are little quibbles but overview of using the Hootsuite is great.If these can be improve, then would given 5stars.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I subscribed to their free trial plan but then a confirm button appears right away which leads me to purchase their LEARN plan. I contacted their customer service right away on the date of billing which was on 23 Feb. They replied me with Terms and Conditions stuff and offered a partial refund or discount. I rejected, requesting a full refund as the it is a bait to click on the 'confirm' button which takes me to buying their service and I am sure I can get a refund within 14 days of transaction. The staff just disappeared since then. I had sent another email few days after. Guess what, it was a bot which replied, telling me not to send duplicated request. I have filed up the case with my bank to deal with the transaction. Actually, I do not care about the amount of money I paid but the deceptive, irresponsive practice is what alarms me.Everyone should be alerted about this company.

Lyft is horrible, the drivers are rude, can't speak English. Lyft is another blow to Canadian living standards, it has brought down living standards by dealing with people who can't speak English and are rude. Lyft shouldn't hire anyone who have not lived or been a resident for at least 7 years. There is no place on the app to leave a feedback. To write a feedback. 1 star is a lot.

If it was possible to give minus stars I would. The worst customer service experience I can remember pretty much ever. I contacted their customer support through WhatsApp at 17:36 this evening because my printer is showing an error. It took until 18:14 to get a response and I was told to rest assured that Otayl would help me fix my problem. At 18:32 after explaining the issue I was told to clean the printer head which I did but the error remained the same which I told him straight away. At 18:59 Otayl wanted confirmation that the error was the same- again I replied immediately. At 19:17 Otayl tells me he really appreciates my patience. At 19:53 Otayl advises that he is “truly sorry for the bad experience” and assures me that he is doing his best to answer as fast as he can. He tells me to please be patient. It’s now 20:37 and Otayl has ghosted me. No further help. The most bizarre customer service experience ever. Utterly useless. I will never in my life buy anything from this company again.
