Am very pleased with the new LG washer dryer purchased from the LG UK website (where I registered as a member and got an extra discount: worth doing so). Free delivery and removal of old machine meant it was cheaper to buy direct via LG rather than from elsewhere.Machine (model 696WSE) is very quiet when in operation. Also offers relevant, useful options and programmes including extras you can download via the ThinQ app (v easy to use) incl a sportswear option which I am using regularly. I have had my washer dryer for a month and have no complaints. I particularly love how it weighs my wash load and calculates exactly how long it needs to complete the programme for my exact requirements. Saving water, time and power: very eco. Delivery arrived on time and date requested, within a couple of days of ordering.Website is not the easiest to use but worth persevering for the discounts.

But Shopify don’t give a f…kAll they say is it’s been escalated and will get back to me, no time frame.I will definitely move once this is sorted Don’t even have telephone support I can feel a nervous breakdown looming .. Booked 2 singles for 2 consecutive nights. Due to change of plans I cancelled both nights WITHIN their cancellation policy and I received 1 night rate returned but not the next night even though I received a cancellation e-mail saying that both nights were cancelled. This is available for inspection if necessary. I am owed £115.43. It is noteworthy that the money returned was for the second night and not the first. Why was the 2nd night monies returned and not the first? It is counterintuitive. This was a telephone booking/cancellation and I had to repeat information several times to the operator. The important point to make is NEVER use the telephone booking/cancellation service. Always do everything with this organization in writing/e-mail. Why do they issue cancellation e-mails when they have no intention of returning one's money. Very Poor management oversight.

Machine Learning CourseThe teacher of the Machine Learning course run by Harvard simply read from a free textbook- highly unsatisfying. EdX also did not warn me that due to my late enrolment (which was my fault), I would not have the full 8 weeks to complete, but just 2 weeks.Due to these reasons, I unenrolled in the course and received a refund.

Google ad campaigns are an expensive disgusting joke. I got 422 clicks and 7 calls in a week, which cost me £160. I had 1 meaningful conversation with a new customer, the other 6 were misclicks. I spoke to Google ads customer service and I explained that I had evidence on my phone that they did not mean to call me. One of which was a young girl who was playing with her mothers phone, but according to customer service this was a validated call and they would do nothing about it. They did suggest me starting a new campaign funnily enough. They have no intention of refunding me any of the money they have taken out my account and I will be taking this to a small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS AS A FORM OF ADVERTISING.

The awkwardness of shipstation's takeover of paypal shipping has been a real nuisance. Should have been easy, was not, still not able to ship packages with that account. Unable to "onboard" with known successful paypal username and password because some genius programmer decided that the username needed to be in the format of an email address and set up a filter. Bad programming gives bad results.

I absolutely despise working with outlook. It is a pain in the butt to constantly have to send/receive email just to attempt to get emails and/or log out and back in (or attempt to). I have to do that MULTIPLE times and I may or may not get them. I can only imagine what I am missing by using such a crappy program. And that is only one thing that i hate about it. Unfortunately it is my only option through the website for my business. So I am stuck with it until I can get anything else because ANYTHING would be better then this one.

I have been with them since 1996 and I have a lot of legacy implementations that I have abandoned. They always seem to be able to help me bring things up to date, and they are always super nice when they do. So 5 stars... being good for 30 years is not an accident.
