SUPPORT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS, THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL CONTACT YOU BACK BY PHONE AND DISAPPEAR, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ANY ABOUT ANYTHING...1 BM HAS BEEN HACKED NO ONE HAS ASSISTED ME TO GET IT BACKAND ANOTHER BM GETS DISABLED FOR VERIFICATION ID I SUBMIT VERIFICATION ID AND IT WAS REJECTED FOR NO REASON AND I'M NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT ANY VERIFICATION AGAINAFTER SPENDING 9 MILLION ON FACEBOOK I'M STILL WANDERING IF THIS PLATFORM SHOULD BE ON MY PLAN FOR 2023, I THINK I WILL MOVE COMPLETELY TO TIKTOK
Review of aol
AOL deleted my old emails and then wanted to charge me for tech support to get them back. I refused to pay for something that they did. It sure sounds like ransom to me. When you call customer service you actually get sales and no way around it. The self help section is useless on this matter. This has happened in the past and it was fixed/ recovered immediately. That was before Verizon took them over. This sure sounds like a scam to me. Stick with some other email. AOL will try to scam you.

Review of scribd
The company promised to email me a reminder to cancel before the free trial deadline. I searched for articles for one day but could not find what I was looking for and moved on with life. The email was never sent and, as a result, did not cancel my subscription. As soon as the charge was processed, I went online and canceled my subscription and requested a refund of the $11.99. I only received an automated replay that someone from customer service would contact me. The contact was an email a day later saying they had elevated the claim, and I would hear from them shortly. I never heard from them. I tried to contact the company but the same process repeated. I have now tried four times to contact them for a refund, and they don't even send the automated replies anymore.

Review of doordash
I’m a Dasher who always delivers on time and takes care with every order. But DoorDash allows customers to remove tips after the delivery—with no protection for drivers. Even when I do everything right, I’ve had tips disappear, leaving me with $2–$3 in base pay. That’s below minimum wage after gas and time.DoorDash offers no adjustment or support. We Dashers deserve better—protect our tips or raise base pay. Right now, the system rewards dishonest customers and punishes hard-working drivers. It’s not sustainable or fair.

Review of dashlane
Dashlane currently (in the days prior to Thanksgiving, 2023) has a customer support team that both thoroughly verifies a customer's identity, and is patient and supportive throughout the process of regaining access to the customer's account. In my case, Manuel in particular was both clear and took as many times as needed to finally get me a three-hour, 2FA code at a time that worked best for me. Thank you for making my life easier, Dashlane! Happy Thanksgiving to your whole team.
Review of X (Twitter)
Hello, I want to get username that I want. The usernames look enable but when I try to get them the system don't give permission. I think Twitter parked the premium usernames. And I can not access to the support team anyway.
