Keap is a good platform. Unfortunately their support is horrific.I was not able to log into the platform and nobody could help me due to their IT department not being reachable. I tried to cancel the account multiple times to just be re-routed to IT department for some reason and then disconnected. Then I had an account manager go after me for charges and then he ghosted me after I told him I have been trying to cancel for months. Then they sent the account to a collector. I will not recommend this company ever. For shame KEAP.

First time using HA , what a joke made appointment for TV repair (screen repair) First appointment set.(crickets) Received call to re schedule, sure. Day before following appointment recieved call from contractor/repairman. Asked a couple of questions and informed me the screen was discontinued and could not be fixed. Ok Thanked him for call, he said be sure to cancel appointment. I did. was still charged 318.90. Called them they offered a 50% refund. Um no, no services provided. I disputed it on CC. Now they claim it was a completed task. Will continue to fight it but they are FRAUDS!!! Will also follow up with BBB!!

Perplexity is a fantastic LLM. Overall it provides much better results than the alternatives.To the reviewers saying it gives incorrect information: please look up what a LLM is. All LLM's present information sourced from the internet and can be wrong due to either the source information being wrong or the LLM's logic/programming interpreted/extrapolated information incorrectly. LLM's are amazing tools but caution needs to be exercised when relying on its results. All LLM's tell you this.

Hotel has taken £400 from my account 2 days after out stay!! Bill was all settled on during check out. You call the hotel and they don't have clue and ask you to email. You submit a case on the IHG website and they expect you to wait 48 hours for response. Disgusting!

Not my first glowing review for WPEngine. Truly the best support out there and I wouldn't blame any of them if they needed to take a break to bang their heads on their desks after support chats. From my side, you'd never know because they are all so polite, so patient and truly excellent. Earlier today I had a very long chat with Kirby (re: Local Flywheel). She stayed on until I was set up just prior to pulling the site. I'm sure she would have stayed on if I asked her to. She sat through two long download times for updates but she stayed true with me. That's a committed person.Later, when I got back on, my sign on credentials weren't working. Fortunately for Michael B., he didn't have to endure as long of a chat. One thing I love about this company is that I know they speak to one another from past chats. That's the best type of teamwork in any company. I know he had reached out to Kirby even before I asked to chat with her if she knew Local better. That says a lot about Michael. No cavalier attitudes, he knew to reach out. I'm not a fan of Local (yet) having past frustrations with them, but, knowing how great a company WPEngine is I have high hopes they'll make it work better with their platform.Kirby and Michael got me past the technical setup; the parts that are always frustrating to a designer because we need to get to work. I am impressed as always with the level of their support, but not surprised. Both are very knowledge. Equally important, dealing with people :) I feel like clunking my head on the table but I bet they're both cool as a cucumber. :) Thank you both so much!

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve online shopped with them before and never had a major issues but this time it’s been awful. They took their phone number off their website: I suspect because they were getting too many queries/complaints. I ordered in November and apart from confirmation email I’d had no info. I emailed them as the chatbot was going to have me waiting up to 1.5hrs. The email they sent me was just a generic response saying because of Covid there were delays. I’m sorry but no other company I’ve dealt with this year ha been this way despite all the stuff going on.

With Playstation it is annoying, that they are living on their own island. Almost no device is compatible: Bluetooth headphones, logitech camera, Wahoo kickr. The customers shall be forced to buy only Sony's own stuff, but I'm not going to buy everything twice. A bike-trainer is not available anyway.Same with games and applications. Fulgaz, Zoom or Skype do not run. Fifa '22 is deeply disappointing, due to restrictions in online-mode. We wanted to play the same way, as we do "offline" at one console: Champions League with our favourite club against the computer. Shouldn't be so difficult, but it is not possible.So I will sell the just bought PS4 again and don't plan on PS5 or later versions unless they get off their island.Sony, please wake up: Artificial restrictions no longer move your business forward...

Second ticket in just 2 weeks time, It confirmed what I reported already about your policy and about the dissatisfactions of your customer. I was fooled by a freelencer and unfortunately the result of this fake service sold to me was evident only after 2 months, once that my order was already closed and also with good review. Unfortuantely wasn’t like this, as I was fooled of 155$+85$ more and I was even asked to pay extra money from your freelencer for a work never done or better done but totally illegal and unlicensed. I aspected Fiverr's customer care and its policy would some how protect the clients and investigate further and propose a satisfying solution to me after such a bad experience. Nothing of all this! You need to improve a lot your customer care!
