I recently purchased a TroyBilt tiller from Tractor Supply. The experience was not good, so I wrote the following review for the Tractor Supply website:"While the tiller seems to run ok after using it for about half an hour, there were problems in its delivery and customer support. The tiller arrived detached from its pallet and in a box that had been essentially demolished. Paint had rubbed off the tiller in various places due to the poor shipping and handling. I emailed Tractor Supply to find out what could be done to remedy this problem. After a week and a half they have not even responded. Three stars to Troy-Bilt for an improperly shipped, but functional tiller; one star to Tractor Supply for its non-existent customer support."Tractor Supply said that this review cannot be published because it does not meet their website guidelines!
