Names: Love and Kenny

Worst customer experience ever. To a point I didn’t want to stay. My friends made me stay, I will never come back here and would never recommend this place. I’m sure both of these horrible people will still be here… only shows signs of they don’t care what I say… or any of you

Can even get non-dancers onto the dance floor!

This is the second year in a row we've used DJ Charlie for a corporate function and he doesn't disappoint! He works with me to theme the playlist and manages to get even the non-dancers up and dancing. His uplighters are great for helping set the mood during dinner and the lasers help get the party started. Would definitely recommend.

Review of gopro

Terrible scam, don't sign up for any "free stuff"

The gopro is nice but beware of the scam they pull on you. They give you the "free" subscription and then charge you $50 the next year. It says one year subscription but it doesn't start when you get the camera, it's on the order date, which is a week before you get the actual camera and a day before a confirmation email. Even if your one hour late they don't give a ..........., too bad they say. Would never buy anything from this company stay far far away. nice product terrible, terrible, customer service.

Better options available

There are other economical options which also offer more rigorous and extensive training.I took the 4 part Python course offered by GTx, CS 1301 - as a recommended prerequisite to an online Masters in Data Science. I was disappointed in the depth of the material and after comparing, really feel that there are better choices such as Data quest.io. Even with the discount for taking all 4 courses it is much more expensive, and doesn't even cover the material in the first two Python Courses in the Data Science track through Data quest.

Review of Pinterest

I used to love Pinterest

I used to love Pinterest, but lately it has turned into a platform filled with AI images, adult/scam ads and all pins having any skin showing wether it's a face or belly, it gets flagged as adult content. When we try to appeal it still gets flagged as adult content no matter if there's just a face of a woman. Issue seems to be mostly when there is any female figure existing in the picture.Currently Pinterest is barely usable at all as a reference platform for a portrait photographer like me because almost all of my referrences have women in them. Most don't even show any skin, but Pinterest still conciders them as adult content and the customer service doesn't provide any help at all. I guess they are just AI as well.

Review of discogs

The hugely ill-advised implementation…

The hugely ill-advised implementation of automatic shipping policies is well documented. The intent of formalizing a sales transaction is understood, but the rigid way it has been introduced is asinine. The responses from Discogs all focus on the "you can do it if you read this link", "watch this video", "just spend ages setting it up and you'll be fine" but this completely misses the point. Net result in the real world: 1) fewer sellers, as small sellers like me can't be bothered, so less choice for buyers2) fewer sales for sellers as true shipping costs are off-putting for buyers for sales in many countries like Canada3) Less choice for buyers as many sellers who used to ship internationally no longer do because of the enforced shipping policies4) Shipping costs are very high and rising (fuel prices and then Covid) so non automatic policies were welcome as a seller could choose to take a bit of a loss on postage if the LP was more than low value5) If, as they claim, Discogs market research points to a better sales experience for a buyer when enforcing it (guys, you're not Amazon, remember your roots for goodness sake), why not allow a buyer to hide records from those who DONT have ASPs? And much more importantly, allow buyers and sellers who preferred a system that was anything but broken, to continue with determining shipping cost at the time of order. It worked and in spite of their comments to the contrary, the seller could and did indicate their shipping costs on the listing pages. It worked, Discogs. And it worked very well. And now it doesn't. And you've broken it.A once great site BUILT BY COMMUNITY destroyed by "BUSINESS".

Did not like return policy

The book I ordered was not what I thought it would be. I was not pleased with it and decided to return it. My only complaint would be that I could not return it to the store. I had to mail it to a return center. It ended up costing over $15.00 in total shipping charges.

I was extremely disappointed when all I received were three areas from Ancestry. For the price, I expected more instead of always being told to “see more” pay more. Plus, no written reports…

An Excellent Product At A Good Price!

I ordered two coffee mugs, each with a different photograph. Both were just perfect! I liked them so much I immediately ordered a third mug. The photos are lovely, the mugs are just what I expected, and the cost was on par with many other mugs of lesser quality. I am very satisfied!

Customers hate hanging up in calls and…

Customers hate hanging up in calls and waiting for emails to solve their basic queries. This is the main reason for a considerable drop in customer satisfaction rate. Kapture CRM has helped us solve this issue with its self-service portal. By automating repetitive questions with FAQ’s customers can take self-action and solve their queries instantly.

Online customer service is absolutely…

Online customer service is absolutely terrible. It is impossible to get through to anyone. The AI bot just goes quiet. Had to drive an hour to a physical store in the end in order to get a refund, so a two hour round trip (excluding the time spent there). It is completely unacceptable in 2024.

bad part- horrible customer service

The customer service just cancel the requests they don't like to deal with. I've messaged them again regarding the topic- still no response. Im here with a brand new laptop with a rubbish wifi card...and they're just ignoring the problem. They ask for a review (because the customer feedback is really important) - but of course in case of any bad review -they just delet it. It doesn't appear on their surface...The funny is -we're talking about a 15 eur piece in case of a 1200-1300 eur laptop and the laptop generally good...but this mentality is just purely unprofessionalAvoid the brand... I'll do the same

Review of dell

Order was supposed to come a week ago; now it's coming in 2021

A couple weeks ago (around November 28th) I saw that DELL had a MSI 1650 Super Ventus for $182 on their website, which was a decent deal considering I couldn't find any other 1650 supers for under $200 at that time. So I ordered it, pretty excited because I already had all my parts and was planning on building my first ever PC on Christmas. It was planned to ship on the 8th and be delivered by the 11th, and after the 8th passed with no update, I shot an email to their customer support asking when it would ship. I got a email back letting me know it would be delivered by the 13th, and that they were very sorry about the inconvenience. So everything was fine and dandy, right? Wrong. I opened up the shipping page to check on the shipping today and low and behold, the delivery date has changed again. Now it was supposed to deliver the 21st. So I was like whatever, as long as it comes before Christmas. But then I looked a little closer and saw that it actually read JANUARY 21st, 2021. And the most annoying thing is that THEY STILL HAVE THE GRAPHICS CARD FOR $180 ON THEIR WEBSITE. So now I basically have to cancel the order and I doubt I can find a 1650 super for that cheap in time for Christmas. I guess my build will have to wait. I'm super pissed right now and I'm probably never ordering from DELL again.

Review of cloudflare

Poor customer service

Contacted customer service recently regarding a renewal payment that was unintentionally made for subscriptions which we've (my company) had for a number of years. We no longer needed the subscriptions and thought we had downgraded to the free plan.We contacted customer service less than a day later to ask if they could return the recent subscription renewal payment, especially given the current 'cost of living' crisis going on. Numerous other businesses I've personally dealt with, as well as my company, have obliged without hassle in the past. Cloudflare on the other hand just responded with what appears to be a canned (copy and paste) response refusing. They may as well have typed a one word response for what it was worth, saying 'no'.Going forward I can no longer recommend Cloudflare and where possible I'll look for alternative services.
