Horrible app and Horrible support. 1 hour on chat unable to help logging into my account. An endless loop through the login process never giving access. They must be going out of business. Close your account asap and move to another provider. They are the worst at everything.

THis company bought out CoinMarkerCap a few years back and now this is the criminal side of Binance. Coinmarketcap is where they are pulling the scams on people by making them believe that their investment is turning a profit and when you go to cash out and collect your money that when the hit you with the new IRS and SEC (that even the IRS/SEC weren't even aware of) ruling that you have to pay the taxes on your withdrawl first before releasing your money, but you cant pay for it using money from the withdrawl you have to pay the taxes seperate from the withdrawl, Yeah Stay away from both CoinMarketCap and Binance and any other company Binance has aquired, its pretty safe to say that if Binance has anything to do with whatever company it is, then its nothing more then a scam site and company. They sure scammed me, Hey Binance if you read this I Want my money back all of it.

I really love my new Northern Hot Tub that we got from Southwest Fence & Decks. We received first class customer service from the start in the showroom until the job was done. The office staff and workers who delivered the tub were professional and courteous at each step of the job. I was very impressed with the sales rep Luc who went beyond the norm. He followed every step of the job keeping us informed. Once the tub was delivered and set up Luc returned twice. He responded to a text message concerning a question on the weekend outside of office hours and followed up with an in person visit to ensure the concern was satisfactorily resolved. Luc made a second on site visit to make minor adjustments. This kind of after-sales customer service satisfaction is rare and is noteworthy.

Stay far away...Support is absolute crap. I had my account terminated within a week of signing up for an "anti-span policy". Funny enough, I hadn't even sent out one email yet. Received no notice, can't speak to anyone, an absolute joke of a tool and a waste of my time.We are a new business and had just finished putting infrastructures in place through mailer lite. (automation, landing page, etc). We haven't imported list yet, and we have not sent out any emails. I pray no other businesses owners have to go through this because it's not right. Such an inconvenience for no good reason.
