this product is garbage. i paid this company for years and when it came time to download files that i backed up on their system, most of what was downloaded was corrupted. i lost hundreds of photos, memories and work files because of this. you get what you pay for. when i complained, they claimed it was a unzip issue and refused to refund me. terrible company and service.

I was initially hesitant to host a contest, but after taking a chance, I am overly impressed with all the high-quality designs that were submitted. Shopifi did fraudelent transactions on my card for Aliexpress for the the second time know in 2 days. I contact Shopifi and Aliexpress through support to stop this ongoning fraud tractions on my card but they does not listen or assist me and divert me every time to a different site. Be very carefull for shopfi and Aliexpress they are not Trustworhty. I have to STOP my card know.

Very unprofessional group. They will not respond to a very simple question such as how to get the downloads to load into Skyrim (I'm sure its very simple, but I don't know how so nonetheless they need to explain). Don't waste your money or your time buying into their system. Very poor customer service for the cost!

The website can't be trusted. I wouldn't do any business here, I've tried using it once and I've been scammed.I tried contacting the support but they were useless and even banned my account after multiple e-mail communication.Worst. Ever.

So far quite disappointed with buying directly from teenage engineering website as one of the products was already opened, as it has some scratches in the back. Also they forgot to sent one item and it's marked as delivered. Hope the customer service is quick to fix this.
