After 13hours of travel finally arriving in Atlanta Georgia with a confirmed place to stay we (family of 5 with 3 small children) were told we’re shit out of luck after the hotel was unable to find our reservation. After calling and staying on the phone for over a hour The manager Desiree stated she had been warned by her associate Ophelia about us. These 2 women were the most unprofessional call center representatives I’ve spoken to, to date! After paying for accommodation these 2 women stated we were shit out of luck and needed to just book another hotel for $400 since it is now 10pm. As a mother imagine my frustration when we were hung up on and should expect a refund 7-10 business. As a valued member of booking this is no way to handle a situation I will be going further to make sure no other mom feels as I felt with my children and no where to go in a foreign city.

Well, it’s clear that you cannot please all the people all the time, but the collection of prejudice, racist and narrow minded reviews here are hardly representative. If it was true that 93% of all viewers hates the BBC then the actual viewing figures would be much lower.Clearly some BBC programs are great, some are not great. Some I like and some I don’t. But overall the BBC shows quality programs with no advertising. Just watch US TV and see how great the BBC is in comparison.

As a Legitimate Startup you'll have to deal with the deserved bad reputation of Kickstarter. Sadly it's glory days have long passed, only the money grabbers are left. As a so-called "investor" it's to easy for them to say "that's the risk" after you clearly got scammed by people who should never have been allowed on the platform. It took me four times before I finally learned my lesson. I hope this message helps prevent you making the same mistake even once.

Unfortunately unable to rate zero stars. So truly sick of CNN taken liberties with providing good reporting of the news. Case in point; Paul Ryan was the worse Speaker of the House, and thankfully retired in 2019. Therefore, he was not physically in the Capital on January 2021. Why would we need to know about his opinion, when watching TV from his home, only because CNN needs Anderson Cooper to report on it. Gag me if thats all they are interested in reporting. Is CNN truly happy with how President Biden has handled inflation, gas prices, the border, and his leaving $52 billion dollars worth of weapons in Afghanistan. You speak about rights of women in our country, when the poor women left to the talaban in Afghanistan, after 20 years of investing in our beliefs in a country and to leave it in such disarray, we should be ashamed of ourselves. Why doesn’t CNN start praising all the great things this administration has accomplished. Good luck!

Chegg used to be very good for helping with schoolwork until they replaced human experts with Chegg AI. I don't know if they realize but we ALL have access to ChatGPT, why are we paying to get ChatGPT answers?? That is absolutely ridiculous. Chat GPTs answers more often than not are wrong and don't understand nuance. What a greedy app.

Spotify has security higher than my bank. Lost access to my email associated to Spotify account, having had deleted it. Regardless of attempts to change login info, Spotify will not let me update my email in order to simply pay them for premium. Again, I can’t pay them to be a customer due to their policies .Since becoming basic as a result, I can’t make any previous playlists public in order to download them from a new account. Absolutely freakin outrageous. I’ve Been a customer to Spotify for 10 years with a massive artist and playlist load. Customer service is useless. Absolutely useless. Due to massive music library Will switch to Apple Music. F Spotify.

OMGosh the website to cancel InstankInk sends you in a loop then after 15 minutes of going through multiple screens finally getting the phone support. PLEASE have someone answer here in the USA that speaks and understand clear English. I could not understand them and had to repeat over and over. My next printer will not be HP. The InstantInk is a scam if you only print a few times a year and trying to cancel after being charged $5.00 a month for nothing is painful.

I purchased an unlimited annual account for my small business for $864, which was downgraded to 5TB soon thereafter. Dropbox was fully aware they were on the verge of phasing out the unlimited account but continued to sell annual subscriptions to an outdated product. I don’t care if they decide not to offer a service, that’s their right. But they shouldn’t be actively selling annual subscriptions to an account that will no longer exist in a month. It’s sneaky and dishonest, and the lack of transparency is staggering. Customer service was brutal and inflexible in providing any kind of help, support, or refund. There was zero empathy for the fact that as a small business this was a large expense for us, that we depended on them, and that we did not have an IT department at the ready to find an alternative solution to their pulling the rug out from us overnight. Silver lining - we invested in a NAS (Network Attached Storage) for nearly the same price to do the same thing, but better, for about the same price (only it’s one-time instead of recurring cost, so much better ROI, and we're independent!). We were loyal, small business Dropbox customers but because of this sneaky overnight change in the terms of the account we purchased, we will do everything in our power to avoid ever using their services in the future and will encourage all of our clients and everyone we know to do the same.

Complete disaster. Avoid at all costs. I very foolishly registered a .io domain at domain.com and assumed that there would be privacy protection because the webpage said so. It turns it domain.com does not offer privacy protection for .io domains as they claim it's not available. Because of their lack of transparency (nowhere did it say that .io domains don't qualify for privacy) I requested a refund but they refused. Completely useless. I then had to wait 60 days per ICANN guidelines to transfer the domain away from Domain.com.The only "good" thing was that their chat service was available but now it seems that's also gone. Please avoid at all costs.
