Sandra Carr, Office of the President

Sandra Carr, from the "Office of the President" is a professional con artist. She raised my wireless price from $50 per month to $78 per month because I filed a complaint against her and AT&T with the Better Business Bureau for scamming with intentional infliction of emotional distress and because I am a senior citizen over 70 years of age and is discriminating against me because of my age and my complaints.

Review of otto

The app is a waste of time

They target you with an app in TikTok and when you put in your information they lie and tell you that you are qualified for a bundled homeowners and auto insurance and then they send you to another site to actually reapply directly with a carrier like Progressive. Complete waste of time. Next I'll probably get spam and sales calls because I trusted that this was a legitimate site. They are just a lead aggregator. They compile information and pass it along but pretend that they are actually the ones issuing the insurance until they get all your information.

Figma has the worst UI/UX I have ever met with an app! Forget this application if you are a beginner like me it will save you hours of headatche. Navigation through the site is terrible and you get lost in no time. There is absolutly no rational in how they designed the UI. I started my project in proto [dot] io which is much more easy to use;

I did not get any warning that I would…

I did not get any warning that I would be signing on to a renewal for a subscription and got billed without my consent. To NOT HAVE ANY chance to refund of given any notice is absolutely ridiculous. I will be spreading my complaint on all social media platforms. I mean I really don't want a subscription nor do I have the money for this. I feel scammed. What I find totally unacceptable is that there was no warning sent about this pending payment!

Review of playstation

Was really surprised with the service

Wow, did not expect such a service and functionality from SPS. It's a big company but treats customers like s$$$t. Customer support in the chat - separate story, closing the chat before i finished asking questions. Rate support button doesn't work - you really do not care about your support level and customer satisfaction.

Review of jotform

Just Try it. It'll change your life.

I first became aware of the Jotform.com platform in 2021. I was trying to eliminate our organisations use of paper forms & promote greater compliance with our Integrated Management System. I had thought to engage the services of a programmer to use our corporate website's back-end to set up the forms there. That would have meant me needing to become proficient with such matters. Then I was made aware of the Jotform.com platform. I gave it a go and was astonished to see just how simple they've made it. All one needs to do is to upload a .pdf of the respective form. Their system then imports the .pdf into a "build" portal, where one can add a multitude of information gathering options; from blank fields for employees to type in text, drop down options to eliminate employee typing, single & multiple choice options, dates, times, numbers only, etc. The list is very comprehensive, indeed. I was initially using the free version to get a feel of their system. By the week's end, I signed our company up to their Silver Pass. To say it's revolutionised my work would be a very poor affirmation of the platform. It's simply amazing, so easy to use. One needs zero programming experience to use it, and never will. Conditions can be set up to pre-populate fields, send recipient emails with or without the original form's submission data, I can't praise it enough. Best of all, though, is their support. I've never had a bad experience dealing with their support staff. Each & every query was dealt with in a matter of hours, brilliant follow-up, and just simply lovely people to deal with.Simply amazing platform.

Review of coinbase

Get out of cryptos Get out of Coinbase

Get out of cryptos, get out of coinbase before it’s too late. They will slowly EAT all your money and then will make you believe that you have “unrealized earns”….in my opinion there is something in their algorithms that doesn’t let you recover your money until you lose it all. I lost over 100k , all my live savings for retirement. PLEASE invest in traditional investments, forget about this non sense. Late reports are that now they are limiting in what you can sell…of course they want to make sure you don’t make any money. See how nice they answer below..where to respond? which case number? is there any customer service?

Review of coursera

They will steal your money! Never give banking information!

I took a free course on Coursera and earned my certificate. In order to receive the certificate I needed to pay $61. So I did for proof of course. I simultaneously had a security system in my home charging me $61/month. When I saw “recurring payment” of $61 on my bank statement I assumed it was my security system payment. Over 2 years, I changed my security system, and I noticed $61 was still being withdrawn. Upon looking into it further- it was COURSERA that was withdrawing $61 from my account for over 2 years! This amounts to approx. $1600!!! I reached out to customer service. They will only issue me a few measly months’ refund. They claim I subscribed to Coursera plus. How? When? I have never been back to their site. I have never received a bill, or proof of my “subscription”. Somewhere I assume in some legalese fine print, it automatically subscribed me after ordering my certificate (and they now had my banking info.) Disgusting. Legit, reputable companies do not need to trick and dupe people. They are transparent!
