I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of feedback incentives. They clearly advertised that a gift card would be provided for leaving feedback, with no mention of any stipulations. However, after taking the time to complete the questionnaire, I received an email stating that my feedback wasn’t submitted quickly enough to qualify for the gift card. This wasn’t just my experience—several colleagues had the same issue. The lack of transparency and misleading communication is dreadful. It’s frustrating to feel misled after investing time, and I would expect better from a company that values customer feedback.

Customer service is terrible. my personel account got hacked so I couldnt access my business accounts . I used facebook greatly to promote my businesses, even through facebook adverts, paid! After countless messages an emails to facebook. No replies, nothing resolved. A very loyal customer for years has now lost faith in facebook completely. Also has scammers on facebook so be very deligant people, dont be taken for a fool.

I recently reviewed best western a bit to highly after getting my credit card bill.. I stayed 2 nights in the same room , upon arrival it took 3 tries to get a room that was empty.. First room on 2nd floor was still occupied with someone's belongings still in room that they made me a key for.. Luckily noone was I. The room just their items... 2nd room on 4th floor.. walked in to empty vodka and rum bottles all over the room.. So 3rs time was to charm except was on 4th floor again and door stuck so bad returning to room around midnight the door stuck so bad there was no opening it so back down 4 floors and waiting for someone to try and open it... Then credit card bill comes , I was in same room both nights and was td it was $160 plus tax... First night I was charged $152.90 and second night I was charged $223.08... Neither is what I was quoted by the woman at front desk.... Room was nice once I spent probably half hour going from 2nd floor to 4th floor and back down 3 times.... Still waiting on response on some sort of refund for the overcharge and all the b. S. Trying to get a room...

It was easy to make a reservation online. Unfortunately, best western did not honor my reservation at check in. I ordered 3 separate rooms, but was given 2 and a half rooms instead, and promised a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I accepted with the discount. At check out I did not get the discount and was treated very rudely. I called the corporate number number 3 times and they said they would investigate. Well, 3 calls and no response at all and no discount given. I do not recommend going to any best western hotel either domestic or international.

At&t runs their company like the US government operates. Long lines, long wait times, poor service and plenty of fees. They have a monopoly on the north slope of Alaska (Prudhoe Bay) which is why I am in their horrible ecosystem of disappointment and regret.

Contacted them about data protection problem with DVLA shock they did absolutely nothing long and short dvla can give your details to anyone without evidence and private parking just have to pay a fee to the ipc and everything is legal

Aweful Aweful Aweful, close to deleting an App that i used to go to daily for my news intake. Never seen such a poorly structured and disappointing news App .. previous App was 100x better .. please reinstate it as this Apo does a disservice to the BBC and everything positive it stands for

Completely USELESS website! The 'Journey Planner' has been broken for months; it just brings up a blank page in every browser I've used. TFL; WHY has this not been fixed?It is also IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone there to report issues like this; the customer service is non-existent.

I woke up this morning with a five star Lyft driver rating. If anyone were to ask me, I would’ve said definitely use Lyft equally if not preferred over Uber. This is no longer true. I still have a 5 star rating (until they read this) but if you are in southeast Wisconsin, you should definitely use UBER. Lift’s app stinks and their employee service is even worse. Absolutely horrendous. I’ve been completely ignored by their “Employee support“ associates after being told that there is nothing they can do to help me with the problem I had due to their app.

I suffer from chronic pain in my back and shoulders. I have been attending classes with Paulo Alencar who is running this course. His care and attention to my and other people's issues have made the world of difference of how I feel and deal with my condition he tailors exercises for individuals always being mindful of how we are feeling at the time. He is a credit to this Nuffield health club.
