Love Sage Accounting. Would like to remove HMRC from the contacts lists as I am in Ireland, however I understand this cannot be done. Would also love to be able to invoice customers outside of Ireland without paying more. Overall though very simple to use.

Trying to contact Uniqlo is a joke. Leave you hanging on. for over an hour, then fail to come back to you when promised. The final cherry on the cake is notice from their chosen carrier, Hermes, that a parcel has been delivered that hasn't. Checked app for photo proof of delivery and there is none. Complete nightmare start to finish.

Every time they add an update, they make it worse. The concept is great; I really, really wish somebody else would execute it, because I'm pretty sure the Pinterest Corporation specifically goes out of their way to make the site as horrible and the experience as hell-like as possible for all of their users.

Still waiting for for promised refund of postage and they don’t like it as I refuse to have a Pay Pal account I fail to see why they can’t refund to my credit card as they take the money quick enough from the card ! Awful customer service

I have bought the Mail for years, no longer though as it has turned into a government controlled rag. It used to be a supporter of Brexit, but for some unknown reason it is now turning out fake news & insists we follow May's Brexit terms that will truly make us a servant of the self serving EU for ever. I will never buy this paper again............................

I only gave this 1 star as I have too, but the app is a nightmare. It constantly breaks down in the middle of a programme, glitches constantly and snap to all the other comments people have made below. Channel 4 you have some fab programmes, but please please sort out your trashy app so that we can actually enjoy them.

I bought a domain and wasn't told it would be suspended, it was suspended because it had the word gov in it. They refused to refund me or swap the domain.Let me further clarify, I was not informed at purchase that my domain could be suspended in this way so was misled in my purchase. Hence I have purchased a product not fit for purpose.
