Ruined Christmas?

Trying to contact Uniqlo is a joke. Leave you hanging on. for over an hour, then fail to come back to you when promised. The final cherry on the cake is notice from their chosen carrier, Hermes, that a parcel has been delivered that hasn't. Checked app for photo proof of delivery and there is none. Complete nightmare start to finish.
