Help! Trapped by Xing!

NO star at all! I was trapped by the Xing. I have booked 1 year premium membership, and frankly speaking, not enjoyed the useless service. So i totally forgot the termination, and sent out the termination 10 days before the expiration. But they replied me: Daher wird Ihre Kündigung nicht am Ende dieser, sondern erst am Ende der kommenden Laufzeit wirksam, also am 20.03.2021. Xing needs 375 days to terminate my membership! Can you expect such a company to provide you instant useful information?If we buy something in Germany, we can still return it in 14 days. Is Xing a German company?

We just dune a crews with royal Caribbean I felt lot of the standards from last year have dropped from 10 down to about 3 we did the crews on fact we had grate time last year and it was outstanding this year we had shock food in windjammer was worst seen same menue each day you could not get seated and coffee was never hot the was no attention to quality of standard there was som many kids on bord running around my finle drop was got charged £100 for picture download not prints in my venue not worth next crews

I have worked in tech for a bit and in hospitality and wellness for years, and I also did the system/software set-up in a few properties. Never have I ever come across a system/software as complicated and unintuitive as mindbody.The simple step of logging in is unintuitive: you cannot simply enter your credentials, you first need to find your business in a list...? No matter what I have tried to do so far, I needed to google every single step. I have been looking for over an hour to find the tutorial that'll enable to automatically send the weekly roster to our staff.So before you sign-up: Mindbody will allow you to do a lot but this is not a user-friendly software.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My vacuum came without the dedicated hardwood floor nozzle. Only the “universal nozzle“ that is terrible for hardwood floors… It barely cleans and my house is mostly hardwood floors. I’ve called customer service multiple times and was assured each time that my hardwood floor nozzle would be on the way within 7 to 10 days. After waiting two months I received a nozzle and it wasn’t the hardwood floor nozzle. It was The same universal nozzle that came with the vacuum. More calls to customer service, more case numbers given, more assurances that my nozzle is on the way. “Don’t worry, I will expedite this for you!“. Still nothing. Now when I call I get hung up on a soon as I state my latest case number and grievance. I guess I’ll just be returning this to where I got it in favor of a different brand. I will never buy something made by this company again.

After seeing people praise Kraken on reddit, I decided to give it a go. As soon as I created an account, kyc bs started to get annoying: their automated system just wouldn't accept my temporary residence permit (I'm a Russian citizen living in the EU). When I reached out to support, they told me that somehow that residence permit was not enough and now they needed to see my passport as well - despite the fact that usually wherever you go an id card is more than enough for identity verification, and they even mention a residence permit as an acceptable document on the website. What's even more concerning is the fact that a regular support employee apparently had access to the id I uploaded. I wouldn't be surprised to see user data leaked eventually.So in the end, I refused to send my passport photo, questioning their requirements, and that employee told me that he'd escalated my case to some dedicated team, and I should wait for them to reach out to me. A few days later my account was closed without any explanation.I'm not giving away more data than I legally have to, if you want to interpret kyc as "kill your customer", well, good luck staying in business.On the bright side, support was very responsive.

seems like a scam to me

At first FlexJobs seemed great because they had a ton of remote jobs to choose from. I must have made like 50 applications and NO ONE called, not even responded to my applications or anything. They were jobs that I was qualified for too, so I don't know what was wrong. But to me it seemed like a scam because of this. I cut my membership, never again.

Amazon is not good enough to provide a…

Amazon is not good enough to provide a good service and help customer like my brother. He have lost his item about $179 worth On 11th of November. I tried to help my brother to solve the problem. They are basically useless and no help and doesn’t care about customer who lost item. He couldn’t get refund and the money is basically gone. Very bad, no even one star review. And I would like to say that amazon lose one of trust customer. And also, my brother have tried to email them so many times and they have never even one answer from human. It looks automatically machine replied and no help at all. Sorry to say that but I am really pissed instead of my brother.

Ordered on 5/4 Still 'pending cancellation/refund'

Ordered on 5/4, stated item would be received by 5/14, never received "shipment pending". Have been trying to get refund for item, they credited the $9 for the warranty, but still 'pending cancellation'. Everytime I talk to CS they tell me 2-3 days you'll have a 'decision'. Still waiting and it's been too long.

Stephanie was wonderful! She gave good and loving care to our pups. One of our pups takes time to feel comfortable with new people. But, he adjusted well to Stephanie and become very attached to her. Once we returned home, we came into a well kept house and happy for babies. We will certainly use her again and again! A 5 star review

Goldsmiths university is incompetent…

Goldsmiths university is incompetent and interested in securing fees rather than student welfare. My daughter deferred her module as she fell pregnant. To do this was a nightmare. She was told to do it online then to come in. When she attended she again was sent away to complete online. Because of this the date of deference was later than it should have been. But this was an administrative error on their behalf. They then got a bailiffs involved to chase the fee amount. My daughter could not access her account to get proof of the interactions as she was no longer a student and as a single mum was now left with a bailiff company chasing her for fees. Absolutely appalling and this is not a one off case. Think carefully before applying here as any change in circumstances is met with resistance and incompetence.

PaypalThey refused my case based on that the company gave a tracking number, they (paypal) claim this was enough proof that my item was delivered from this, i have asked the company several times to supply a POD but i have received not one single reply..HONGKONG SUNWARD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED. please don't buy anything from this company, they are on facebook, my item was never delivered.
