They need shutting down and investigating, the way they advertise microtransactions and crappie lootbox odds, hiding FC 24 SBC cards behind paywalls and 26 day timers. There are a few companies I despise but EA definitely hits top 3. I spent £20 today on fifa points and the highest card i got was an 87. 1x 86, 3x 85, and the rest 83 and under as well as some useless loan cards which you can't use after 10 matches. . I feel ripped off and scammed. They do resets on games like fifa where you can't import your cards over unlike previous gens. Because It's a new title because they lost their rights with fifa. More like they did the reset knowing profits would soar and they could once again exploit a player base. Everyone loses their teams, but that's fine. You can just spend again for the same cards you already own last gen. The promo card packs they offer, have low pack weight and bad odds and grinding challenges for free packs becomes demoralising when you finish 25 squad battles only to end up with an 84 rating card as well as some other trash which you can't complete an SBc you want with. Also their customer support is a joke. No one replies and nothing gets rectified. Worst company ever.

I purchased a TV, mounting bracket, installation and service plan on April 24 with installation scheduled for May 5. Total cost about $2500. The TV was delivered on May 5 but the installation could not be done because the mounting bracket was not delivered with the tv. The installation has now been rescheduled by Best Buy 4 times including today. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service. I have requested numerous times to speak with a supervisor and have been told numerous times that a supervisor would call me back. But I have never received a call. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lack of concern by the Best Buy customer service is shocking.

A few months ago, I paid for a Shutterstock subscription for a month. I distinctly remember cancelling my autorenew. A month passed and I was still charged. I contacted Shutterstock and they refunded the payment. Around six months later I need some more photos so I took out another monthly subscription and because of what happened the last time, I made an extra, extra special not to cancel. The same thing happened. I was charged again. So either their software or site design makes you think you've cancelled when you haven't. I think this was done on purpose. I won't be using them again.

This is what I wrote on the Wakehurst Google Review page;I’m sorry but the Trust is an entity that has been entrusted to safeguard OUR national heritage. It should be just that, not a money gouging entity who are clearly out to make a tidy profit. It’s outrageous that we should have to pay £7.00 for parking just to visit the coffee shop and visit their gift shop. To add insult to injury, the service at the coffee shop was a bit ordinary, and the shopping was prohibitively expensive.My 93 year old mum just doesn’t bother going to Wakehurst for those reasons.“Trust” my ass, you have become a profit making organisation with a political agenda, using our heritage to do so.

By paying for a download of one piece of music, I was unknowingly signed up for a 7 day free trial, after which Musescore was charging me $69.95 (or close to that) because I hadn't canceled the "free trial" that I didn't even know I had signed up for. It may have been explained in the "small print" where you accept terms but if you could be charged approximately $70.00, it should be obvious on the main page when you pay for a piece of music that this also enrolls you in a year subscription which you have to cancel within 7 days. I have used other online sheet music services which make it clear whether you are paying for just the one piece, or potentially paying for a subscription. I think this is deceptive business practice and will never use this again

I have been going to the VA for over 2 years now. Its a great place! There's a coffee shop, cafeteria, pizza shop, barber shop, and gift shops there. The medical services there are great, I have been able to get everything I needed and the service exceeded my expectations. They even mailed me medical equipment to save me from taking the one hour trip there. On the negative side, I have called twice to reschedule appointments and the customer service there is terrible. They argued with me about why I needed to change my appointment. They sounded like drill sergeants who are always right and blame you for everything. This had never happened to me when dealing with other normal medical providers. Another negative is that the pharmacy only fills prescriptions by VA doctors. Recently I had dental work done which doesn't fall into VA responsibility. I needed prescriptions filled and had to pay out of my pocket because prescriptions fall into the medical insurance category. My primary physician at the VA has a little trouble speaking English, I already have trouble hearing so I understand only a little of what she is telling me. She has done a great job setting me up with specialty doctors and ordering nicotine patches that I requested. But, she prescribed me a medicine that I was allergic to, thank God, the pharmacy caught the error. Unfortunately, the pharmacy worker blamed me for not knowing I was allergic to that medicine. I am not too angry with me doctor about that, its not the first time this has happened. It also happened when using a non VA family doctor.
