Appalling. Poco X3 Pro completely failed lost data. Phone still under warranty.Received a quote for repair of £247 - this is more than initial cost of phone. They alleged swollen battery. Phone has been protected from moisture & moderate usage. It is promoted as a phone for gaming yet it got hot whilst gaming. I will be pursuing further action as others have highlighted this issue. Do not buy from this company unless you could afford to junk phone after 11 months. Feel very let down. Thank goodness I had not brought a second phone from Xiaomi.Avoid the Xiaomi phones -you may pay more for Sony/Apple /Samsung but on a cost per year they work out better & safer.Update January 8th ref 1 3110 7119900001Have had a few more conversations with Xiaomi in early January. I was asked if I had dropped my phone. Fortunately I had taken numerous pictures of the phone from all angles prior to sending it for repair. In December when organising the repair I had questioned the security of sending the phone in just a padded jiffy bag repair team had sent. Prior to sending I had added a cardboard sleeve in the bag to further protect the phone. Photos of excellent condition of phone immediately before sending for repair were forwarded to Xiaomi for escalation to support my case that it was not user damage. During my last call I was informed Xiaomi would now repair the phone under warranty.I am still waiting for the return of my phone. During my initial call a compensation payment of £20 voucher to use on another Xiaomi phone had been suggested. The call centre operator immediately offered £15. No voucher has been received and this was raised three times. I look forward to them now addressing this Obviously I am relieved the phone is now being repaired under warranty. Prior to the phone failing I was delighted with its functionality, speed & power. However it failed without any warning signs which has not happened to other phones I have owned. It's been a major inconvenience to be without my phone and it has caused me some difficulty as I had to buy another phone at an expensive time of the year.I would urge anyone in this situation to take numerous photos from all angles of any phone sent in for service

Beware - I enrolled for a monthly subscription and after a few months they grabbed a yearly one from me without my permission. I'm reporting this to my bank.On top of this the Ap keeps nagging with sarcastic comments if you miss a day eg Have you lost the Ap etc. Whoever thinks that's motivating hasn't a clue. I've cancelled (lost 174) and going elsewhere

I just found out that my points expired on March 31I was unaware that they had a expiration dateThe last time I was shopping in you store I asked your employee if they had a expiration date and I was advised they did not expireI have been unable to keep up with my emails due to my husband is in hospice The only reason I found out that they expired is I was shopping online and saw it!I contacted customer service and no one is willing to help meIts only been a couple of weeks since they expired I feel this is very bad customer service!I love shopping at your stores. Can you please hep reinstate my points even if its just for a few days

Placed an order on 1/29/23 and receive tracking with a delivery date od 2/3/23...It didn't come. I received an updated delivery date o 2/4/23..It never came. Check again and it was supposedly handed off to USPS. Checked my USPS account and it say they haven't received it (waiting to receive from carrier facility- UPS). I've received no updates since! Here it is 5pm on 2/5/23 and I try to chat them which was no help. I called and was told they couldn't do anything until WEDNESDAY and to call back. I asked for a supervisor and requested cancellation...DENIED! Told to call back on Wednesday. I then explained that USPS is currently delayed by a minimum of 2-4 weeks on all mail (i just got christmas cards 2 wks ago that were sent beginning of Dec.) I then asked them to overnight another shipment via UPS/FEDEX and I would return the lost package if it ever showed up. They can clearly see the tracking and can see it's in limbo, but they denied that request too. They did absolutely NOTHING to resolve my issue but they took my money. I finally hung up and called to dispute the charge. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I do not like that Dashlane keeps asking me to change my password and I just changed it. I am the only one using this computer, it does not need to be changed as often as you want me to change it. I do not like that the autofill for certain online credit card transactions gets in the way when I am using a different credit card. I do not like that every single time I have to restart or reboot my computer, Dashlane asks me the same questions about the browser extension, which I already have, opening an account, which I already have, and getting a new version of Dashlane, which I already have. Stop already!

I was charged CHF 500 for an annual subscription that I didn't want: LinkedIn memberships can now only be canceled via laptop access; i.e., active LinkedIn memberships are no longer visible in the app or via phone settings. I was not informed about this administrative change. A *membership upgrade* can still be managed via the app, so why can't a downgrade be managed the same way anymore...?! I know why...

Would like to show 0 stars.It has gone to pot since EM takeover, looking at specific company, keep finding irrelevant tweets appearing, as fast as you get rid of them a new , equally irrelevant one, pops up in it's place.Thought facebook was bad, but compared to Twitter at present Facebook os Rolls Royce
