Placed an order on 1/29/23 and receive tracking with a delivery date od 2/3/23...It didn't come. I received an updated delivery date o 2/4/23..It never came. Check again and it was supposedly handed off to USPS. Checked my USPS account and it say they haven't received it (waiting to receive from carrier facility- UPS). I've received no updates since! Here it is 5pm on 2/5/23 and I try to chat them which was no help. I called and was told they couldn't do anything until WEDNESDAY and to call back. I asked for a supervisor and requested cancellation...DENIED! Told to call back on Wednesday. I then explained that USPS is currently delayed by a minimum of 2-4 weeks on all mail (i just got christmas cards 2 wks ago that were sent beginning of Dec.) I then asked them to overnight another shipment via UPS/FEDEX and I would return the lost package if it ever showed up. They can clearly see the tracking and can see it's in limbo, but they denied that request too. They did absolutely NOTHING to resolve my issue but they took my money. I finally hung up and called to dispute the charge. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
