This company has the rudest customer service representatives. I called in and politely asked questions about a product, after already waiting on hold for 25 minutes, and the representative acted like she did not want to talk to me. She was extremely rude in her tone of voice. Then she hung up in my face after I told her I had a couple more questions. I called back, and another representative answered, and couldn't provide the simple answers to questions about my account. Horrible experience. Do not waste your time with SBA.

Telstra you lose many customers because the staff you have or rude or they don’t t know anything am bussniess owner with big bill from Telstra two months try to call to fix my problem no one can give answer I move to new company they care about customer . I know you don t worry about my massage in time Telstra will close or give very cheap service to keep company going . This month 6 company my friend changed from Telstra. Hi, I checked out of my storage(10th Nov) unit within the period, and they requested I clean it out as discussed. They charged me another month's rent after I had gone. It's now December 14th, and still haven't been refunded my money $184.00, after 20 emails nothing when I get an email requesting my bank details. which they have been taking money out of my accounts for months. Shouldnt have to wait over 3 weeks.
