I have been charged 20 pound while i have around 200 pound credit. They hidden their customers service like cowards . I couldnt even reach a human to talk too or email after half hour absolutely ridiculous. Am i supposed to wast 2 hour to get 20 pound back from company that rich you know what i am just giving you 1 star left and right every where instead that is more productive than wasting 2 hour trying to reach you or talk to your idiot chat bot

It was fine until the new update. Now it sucks. Most of my progress was removed and I have to retake the basics at 0.1x speed. Grammar tips? Gone. Ease of navigation? Gone. Rewarding progression? Gone. I guarantee it's all from some business exec with no clue of what users actually want. Why didn't they trial this with us first? If they cared about their users at all they would revert this update.

A lot of other people have reacted. What a disastrous update. The phrase 'if it isn't broken, don't fix it' comes to mind. It worked well for me and obviously so many other users, hence its success. I have been making good progress for 2 years. The new design / interface strips away the incentive to refresh previously learnt lessons, which for me was essential. For the free user this has made everything far less accessible which undermines Duolingo's lofty ambition to make language learning available for all. What a huge disappointment this change is. Why didn't they consult users? They would have received clear feedback that this change was a bad idea. Why change a winning formula?

It's a good idea to learn a new language. But who wants to sign up to learn a new language and receive emails that say don't make duo angry. Learn your language. Like what the hell!? Very weird and odd. Won't be reactivating and will be taking my kid off too. Very unsettling.

So I inter into a raffle i made a account in went to login in my account does not exist, I forget about the raffle until I get a email saying I won so I go to the website to cancel the order, I type in the order number in my email the order does not exist so I can't cancel. Iwait until Monday until summertime is aviation to talk thru tell me my order is being canceled in I will receiving my refund after talking to them for a mon. Then as soon as the chat ends 2mins later I get a email saying my order can't be canceled after they just toll me they are canceling my offer, something toll me to screen shot the message which I will post

I have been banking with C1 since 2009 out of necssityand at first they were great. They were half a block from me. They closed many of there branches so now any time I need to go to the branch it is a 2 hour process and usually I have to deal with some kid or person who had no idea what they are doing while management is often nowhere to be found or at a different branch. C1 has THE WORST customer service of any institution or company I have EVER dealt with. I am done with them and I am moving my 3 business accounts and my personal. Stay as far from C1 as you can, way too many better options
