The ETportfolio.indiatimes.com where thousands of stock trader users use this as trading platform and to track their stocks in the Indian NSE and BSE, is being managed very very poorly. The site glitches at any time and once glitched dosnt work for the next several days. This has started happening over past 6-7 months. The design of the etporfolio, in terms of data fields and watchlists are very well desidned as per the needs of the common traders and much effective in use than any other such websites, but it seems that the IT maintainance teams are on a permanent vacation and it also seems the senior managers of the company has gone into a Government style permanent job hibernation, least bothered of what is going on in the conmpany just enjoying life. I would suggest the Economics times promoters to sell their stokcs to someone who can take care of this mess and kick out those not working or incompetent and let the promoters take a retierment. This is simply horrible.

I had a website that was built for the previous owner 11-12 years ago and I get a demand letter that I pay for copyright infringement on a single image. Of course I don't have the info from the image and the web developer that made my site is long gone so I don't know what account or email the image is registered under. But they probably know there is a good chance someone isn't going to have that info 10+ years later so they hire a company to spray and pray copyright claims at every instance of the image on the web hoping they pay the settlement.

Review of Shopify
I reached out to Shopify with my personal info and also had to give the business name as it was required online. Someone contacted me to set up an initial meeting and someone different called the business and made an appointment with my husband. After I had the initial meeting with Shopify they made a follow up meeting to go into processing fees etc. My husband canceled his appointment as it was just a waste of time and a double booking. Shopify or the guy he was booked with named Dan who said he didn't want to cancel the appointment with my husband but instead to cancel my second appointment since he was supposed to be the rep and it was some kind of discrepancy on their end. We said no we wanted to continue with my second appointment and Shopify decided to cancel both the initial appointment with my husband and my second appointment with them and told us someone would contact us within a week to set something up properly. Never heard from them. Very sloppy. Doesn't look like they know what they are doing or Dan just had a hissy fit.

Used to be great, no flooded with garbage bulk sellers and junk flippers that have no idea how to grade media or ship things out properly. Seller feedback does not mean much anymore either since many have figured out how to game the system. Same deal with prices. Scammers have invaded the site also and there is little that the site admins do to proactively prevent them from popping up. If something goes wrong here, you are on your own. Contacting support results in canned responses with no real answer. Better hope PayPal or the CC company are on your side.
