Review of klarna
Klarna is a joke, supposed to be a finance company with good customer experience. They took a deposit for an item and then set a direct debit for payments only for them to not process the purchase. It will take 5 days for the money to be refunded to my account!! I would never use them again and their system is designed to keep money in their account as long as possible.
Review of eBay
Awful customer service. Sold a pair of children’s shoes in used condition and took many photos showing this conditions, including any marks. As a private seller, I do not accept returns. However, many buyers on Ebay like to abuse this policy as Ebay provide ‘money back guarantee.’ So, buyer submitted a not as described claim due to their own stupidity, for not looking at photos where marks where shown. I had 2 options to resolve this a) let buyer keep item and refund (I am not a charity so was not going to do this) or b) pay £3.25 for buyer to post them back to me. In previous experience, where a buyer has submitted such a false claim, Ebay have always told me to go ahead with option b and call them once I receive the item to confirm it is all as described and as a seller I am not at fault. However, the Ebay representative on the phone today told me that I should not have accepted the return, despite the fact there is no other option, as although she agreed with me that I was not at fault with the item’s condition (this being clearly shown in photos) I should have apparently called them instead, which if you are aware it is meticulously hard with their AI chatbot. Since introducing the buyer protection service, Ebay’s customer service has become abysmal. I spent over an hour on the phone speaking to a representative and then was put on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to her supervisor, who was no more helpful. Every 5 minutes the phone hold music was cut out and she would check if I was still there, in hopes I would have ended the call. I have been on Ebay for 19 years and sold 1000 items, I will now be sticking to platforms like Vinted and Depop who value sellers and not just buyers.
Review of dell
A TERRIBLE experience dealing with their customer service team. Do yourself a massive favour and get your things from somewhere else. I suggest Apple. Can be more expensive (but not always), but the stuff lasts, and their customer support is top notch.

I had temporarily subscribed to the monthly premium trial, but I didn't want to subscribe after that. Unfortunately, I did not receive any reminder before the end of the trial period, and as a result, the time passed without my notice. I was surprised that I had been charged for the subscription, which I did not intend to purchase.I think this is one of their strategies to make revenue, and they deceive people into subscribing and state that they will receive a reminder, but they don't, and you end up paying for something you don't want.I tried to resolve it by contacting them, as it had only a couple of days passed the trial period, but they just said it's non-refundable and did not offer me a refund, and then they just stopped replying.Companies can be flexible, but they choosed not to be.
Review of Google
Google charged my account three times incorrectly within two days. Trying to contact support is a pure test of patience: you get sent through deliberately convoluted, unclear menus only to end up with absolutely no real help.A multibillion-dollar company that still can’t provide a simple and transparent support structure is nothing short of embarrassing. A digital mountain of bureaucracy with zero actual assistance. Thanks for nothing.
