I ordered some leopard print cushion…

I ordered some leopard print cushion covers and when they arrived not like the pictures on the site and WHITE zips on a leopard print cushion covers. Now have to have vouchers when I want a refund. Can’t speak to anyone and I don’t want vouchers to buy anything from the company. Not impressed at all ….dreadful service.

Need a negative star option!

Is there any option for negative stars?? Consistently deliver to the wrong address, deliver someone else's order, or don't even bother TO RING THE DAMN DOORBELL to alert you the order has been delivered. WORST. DELIVERY. SERVICE. EVER. Companies need to STOP doing business with this pathetic excuse of a service company.

Total fraud

They take paid for additional content tied to the account, but when I need to have Line installed on both a tablet for my disability and a secure phone for work, they require that I have two separate Line accounts and buy everything again. Why should I pay twice for the same product or be denied equal access to the products that I have paid for and own? I have the legal right to use the content I bought on any competing platform, but they won't even let me use it on theirs.They are nothing but discriminating *#@%€ completely disregarding both the Swedish purchase law's third paragraph and precedents from the EU's supreme court about legally owning digital products bought for lump sums.

IdeaPad s340 DONT BUY IT

I am posting this because, I cannot even get to customer support via Lenovo. 7 months ago I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPadS340 (1T) and have had disappointing results with the computer. It is SLOWER than my previous Lenovo Ideapad110. I believe it has a defective wireless card, as it cannot hold internet, is so slow that apps and websites Time Out, but I cannot even reach Customer service, endless loop. I believe this will be my LAST Lenovo product although 3 previous purchases had made me a enthusiastic user till this purchase. There are days when I want to toss this worthless piece of KAKA across the room. I still have 5 months on my warranty, BUT cant get to customer service. Tried updating all drivers, website scans, recommends updates, THEN goes in to endless loop mode NO UPDATES HAPPEN!!!. HATEFUL PC. The PC is so slow even working offline that many times it is UNRESPONSIVE. PERIOD! Needless to say I am not using my newer Lenovo to post this, because it barely functions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE S340 to my worst enemy.

$400 Chromebook lasted less than 1 year.

I bought a Lenovo Chromegbook for nearly $400 ....at 10 months, it quit working.Warranty repair (screen plug disconnected), good and in reasonable time.At 14 months, (approx), same fault occurred (Screen is dead again)....just getting rid of it.Will not buy Lenovo again. So sad...Lenovo is not IBM anymore.

It used to be good, now useless

It used to be good, but has gotten worse by the month. Even the most basic features, such as tags, don't work. There are over a few dozen serious bugs, that make you waste hundreds of hours a year to fix. Now, they made it even worse. They make the free version allow only 50 notes, which makes it useless. Then, they doubled the lowest priced paid version last year, and then doubled it again to over $150 a year, which is ludicrous. They are making millions of users angry, and will lose millions of them. They are destroying the company.

Honestly say that you are good at sending consignments, packages with the products we order. Sometimes this is fine and comes quickly as you write, but once in a mail, you can keep the duty somewhat longer because it is a suspicion of bad stuff. You are good at something less cost, faster to come and take it with you. I recommended to your company's friends and MiniInTheBox.com, because you are good and you have a lot of things to do with us, but we can not go all the way across the border - the big deal is expensive. They won’t take down the fake account and trying to hurt them selves and they won’t do Anything about it!! Or when I try get my account back and I don’t know my email address and they won’t close it or reactvaite so Twitter is a thumbs down for me!!
