The money of items sold before were credited on my account after after 7/9 days and now after 15 days on hold? Because I don’t have a long selling history? What’s this? Maybe had to be the opposite. 1 item didn’t arrive and I wasn’t refund. 1 item I bought was with a defect and I got a partial refund. 1 item I sold, you almost forced me to refund the buyer and the item was sold as DEFEKT and it ended up I lost other 5.49 € plus 105€ refunded. Nobody refund a defected item. And you wrote me I would have received a compensation that never arrived. Shame on you.

why do I need to manually enable allowing friend requests in the settings after logging back in after 1-2 years and need to be friends with someone for long enough before I can gift them a game? Wtf?? I'm trying to gift my friend black ops cold war to play with him and another friend but now I'm over here having to log into his account to get it just because we haven't been friends long enough. What is this bullshit? Even from the start it was rough, but holy shit this whole process could've taken ~3 minutes on steam while it's taking over 15 on here. Really nice.

The support doesn't exist. There download app is non functioning and support is non-responsive.I paid before but the app was always buggy so I went back to free. Honestly Google drive offers basically the same free space always work and syncs as it should.A few years ago MEGA was the best.No doubt they are losing money and no longer updating their software. Since its not working.Shame there is no support wonder if they realize the files downloaded are corrupt.

1. Automatically gives you access to the beta marketing program which lacks basic functionality found in every other email vendor (send a test email! review to see what your url clicks were! etc.)2. Stealth "upgraded" my account to a plan more than 3 times as expensive and instantly tried to bill without any consent or review3. Then prohibited account login and was told terms were violated--"we can't tell you anything further". So they essentially will take your money and cancel your account at their whim.

HelloYour search engine needs to be much more robust it's not 2003 anymore. For instance if I want to do horizontal text versus vertical text think about how a user would search for that with your present layout. You're shortcomings became obvious immediately.Looks Like somebody paid some engineers to put some stuff together, then developed an advertising campaign, then then employed a subscription model and set back and collected the money. They appear to have no interest in supporting the product. And they use clever techniques to prevent from putting in suggestions or complaints online for instance they ask for a transaction ID which is never even provided to you at any point. They also have a process that to submit a complaint you have to be signed in yet when you go to the form to submit a complaint you're signed out of the program and there effectively is no way to get signed in to send a complaint.

I returned a faulty sound bar to the Telstra shop in Cairns for a refund today. The staff refused to refund me because they were unable to process the return without a copy of my passport that they could scan. This is not a legal requirement and I had provided proof of purchase by taking the reciept. I had also queded to be served after letting their receptionist know that I was returning an item.I have never before known any retailer refuse a simple refund for this reason and I do not believe Telstra are within their rights to attach conditions to the sale by requesting my passport details, or any details other than proof of purchase. I explained this to the staff but all I recieved in return for my efforts were weasely excuses about Telstra internal processes that are no concern of mine.I left the soundbar in the shop and have been told an retail manager will "review my case" and that I will have to go back for a refund on a second occassion if my application is successful.I went to another store to buy a different soundbar and I will not shop with Telstra ever again because they did not respect either my time or my rights.
