Invasion of privacy

Cell phone now required alongside email for event registrations? Not happening. They never used to do this, and frankly it's an invasion of privacy. Some of the "events" have not been legit, with fake or unresponsive hosts. And quite often redundant information merely shared between sources you can find freely online.

The worst shopping experience in long…

The worst shopping experience in long time. I placed order. They only reserve money on my credit card in time of purchase. It takes them 3 weeks to start collect order. On that time they want to deduct money from my card, but credit reservation expired. So their customer support called me and wanted my credit card number, expiration and security code via phone!!! Really. At the end the order was mixed as well a I did miss several pieces. Worst experience ever. Unbelievable poor.

Edit: It used to be an amazing website, but I found several dark sides- They dont provide your watchlist export- Several other alternatives sites, provides amazing tracking history- You cant share your profile link- No proper support, even emails are not professional or informative.

Great tutors for all budgets and learning styles! I had been seeking a Greek teacher for a while, and Preply had several to chose from. I had a very busy period in my life where I was unable to schedule lessons and they piled up. After chatting with support Preply issued me a refund for my balance and I appreciate the quick and accommodating customer service. I look forward to resuming lessons once my schedule clears up.

Trying to cancel my membership!!

After countless times of trying to book to visit NT sites to no avail as they are fully booked!! I decided as my family membership that i pay monthly for isn't providing what i pay the money for to cancel my membership.So i emailed explaining and the response i got was ' unfortunately i can't cancel it due to it being renewed in May ( i wasn't aware it had been renewed as thought it was a rolling membership so i have to pay til next May even though the membership hasn't been used and by the looks of it won't be as always fully booked!!)Apparently when i renewed that means they asign the money to a project so therefore won't let me cancel as they need my money!!So now im stuck paying for something that isn't providing what it should be.

I was driving for Lyft for just a month…

I was driving for Lyft for just a month when my account got hacked. The Lyft support team is missing something a 🧠. My account was deactivated and no one can tell me how to get it back. Everything is texting and the support team just doesn’t get it. Ride with Uber it’s a much better company to drive for.

I'm a Lyft driver and their customer support is a joke. They just hang up on you and make it impossible to use the help tab, there's no way to add a message after they close the chat and no real number to call. So, it's just pointless after that.

Subscription charges

They offer good articles and fulfil their intended purpose. Although, I would say the way they charge for their subscriptions is misleading and isn't really good practice. They don't make it particularly easy to cancel your subscription nor do they send reminders for when they are planning to take money from your account. They don't provide a receipts and just take money as they please from your account without telling you. Will not be subscribing again
