Over a year ago, £15 x 6 was taken out of my account in Santander Bank, Took ages to sort it. My bank refunded it.£8.40 for I dont know what. was taken out monthlyA month or so £25 x 5 was taken out YOU TRY TO CONTACT MICROSOFT AND THEY MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE.I CONTACTED THE BANK AND THAT WAS LIKE GETTING BLOOD OUT OF A STONE.THIS WENT ON FOR DAYSEVENTUALLY THE BANK HAD REFUNDED ME THE £125. THEY THEN AFTER PHONE CALLS, TOOK IT BACK AGAIN.I PERSEVERED AND ACTUALLY GOT MICROSOFT.The bank sent me in the meantime a letter of why I owed the money and I asked them why they had sent me the letter.They told me to ignore the letter as it was sorted and to ring MICROSOFT. So as I said, i actually got a REEEEEL PERSON (woop woop )I told him the story so far, and after leaving to investigate the story for 15 mins, he came back and asked me WHO IS JACK WILLS ??ERRRRR Sorry ?? A clothing retailer !!!!!OOOOPS.....they at last admitted someone had scammed me. The money was returned with apologies.To date this has been going on for months.NOW IM TRYING TO REMOVE MICROSOFT FROM MY LIFEWhen you follow instructions to cancel your payments as my time is here to renew, the pages they send you to dont exist.I dont care if I never here the name MICROSOFTIm ignoring all their emails....they are dead.

Very helpful customer support. Contacted them on GOG support for assistance in getting a very niche game running (Maui mallard in Cold Shadow), and for several days they gave me tons of different advice until I finally got it to work. As a big fan of game preservation, I'm very happy with the dedication he had in helping me run a game that otherwise would be mostly lost to time. Thank you Falran for having the patience to figure out how to get it running. Glad you and other GOG employees are doing your part to preserve gaming history. It means a lot.

Patreon keeps cancelling my Patreon account, saying it was by my request, then all my subscriptions to contributors are also cancelled and to get back in I have to create the account again and pay my Patreon contributions all over again. Load of rubbish I am finished with them.

Ebay is a great site to find everything you need. The sell automotive parts, sports cards, clothes and even decorative items for you home. Gabriel V Culiat would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Shipping is also very affordable and they have a great return policy

Worst Tech Support Experience Ever, Dell Should Be AshamedIf I could give zero stars, I would. I've had nothing but a nightmare dealing with Dell’s technical and customer support. After one remote session and TWO mail-in repairs, my laptop STILL runs like it's stuck in 2005, slow, unresponsive, and nowhere near the performance I paid for.What’s even more maddening? Every time I contact support, they just have me repeat the same useless tests over and over. It's like talking to a brick wall. They clearly don’t read the case history or care about resolving the issue. It's a never-ending loop of “try this diagnostic tool” or “reinstall drivers”, things I've done a dozen times already.Dell, your support system is broken, and your customer care is nonexistent. I’ve wasted weeks of my time and still don’t have a working machine. Never buying Dell again.

Bought 5 digital Scalextric cars on Facebook Marketplace off Tom Morris (not sure if thats his real name) who lives in Sandfields Port Talbot. The listing said all cars are new and that they are all digital. I double checked this with the seller before purchase. It turns out that none of the cars are actually new and only 3 are digital. I contacted Tom for his thoughts and he closed down the chat after insulting me. In my experience Facebook Marketplace has honest sellers but it also has lots of dishonest sellers. In my opinion after making several purchases its a buyer beware site very limited protection. Ebay and Amazon offer far greater protection to buyers in my experience.
