Contacted them on GOG support for assistance in getting a very niche game running (Maui mallard in Cold Shadow), and for several days they gave me tons of different advice until I finally got it to work. As a big fan of game preservation, I'm very happy with the dedication he had in helping me run a game that otherwise would be mostly lost to time.
