Rip off !!!!!!The prices have gone up ridiculously in the last few months. My wife shares my account and uses this rabble all the time but gets no discount. The discount is applied to me although I rarely use them so.... I pay full price for the wife and get discounts that I obviously won't benefit from. Beware of this. They also claim that the prices are dynamic ... blah blah blah. It's an excuse to charge more. The average trip has gone up from £18 to £27 in less than 2 months.I won't be using them at all anymore, there are better and cheaper cab companies out there....... do the same and they will have to reduce the prices.Absolute bunch of cowboys

Storage and additional services are a reasonable price and they meet my needs. In addition, the support has always been prompt and professional. For the most part, I have had no problems, aside from the occasional upload/download issue, which can occur with any cloud-based platform. The extra security, encryption options and the ability to share conveniently are a plus.

Horrible incompetent customer service. They will block u from talking 2 a manager by saying he's or she going to tell u the same thing. I had to freeze my account because they were going 2 charge me the full price of the phone I chose,in a promotion. The people did not help me activate in time. I told them take the phone back it had never been used. They act like they are on an assembly line with the same unhelpful answers. And the management will never call u back. I been waiting 3 weeks. HORRIBLE DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. NO LITERATE AND FUNCTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Chat was ended by 2 different associates, then I was hung up on by another associate. I have spent almost 2 hours just trying to UPDATE MY INSTANT INK PLAN!!!!! Also, if you are not enrolled in an instant ink plan, you are not able to use the existing ink in your cartridges that you ALREADY paid for! You have to replace them, cuz they will stop working! Scam! I had a representative tell me that they were free anyway... I was like hunny, I pay a monthly charge and never get replacement ink cartridges, so these are over and beyond paid for. DO NOT get a subscription plan!!!

I recently experienced a problem with paying one of my WF lines of credit. It's a business line of credit. I have been unable to pay this line of credit online or by phone because I no longer have a business bank account with WF.I made my last payment by depositing a business check for the payment through the ATM. Instead of using the check WF deducted the amount from my personal bank account. That was my error. I should have canceled the transaction because the ATM did not recognize the check from a non-WF bank account. I called WF and it took 2 hours to get through to an agent who ultimately could do nothing more than open a ticket to investigate.While the matter was being investigated my credit line showed a deduction for the amount paid. However, on the same day they credited the amount on my line of credit statement. However, they never put the money back into my personal bank account.Stay away from WF. There are better banks with better customer service and easier access. WF has created more headaches for me than any other bank I've dealt with in the last 20 years. My issue is still not resolved.

We're on a shared plan, and the server our emails are being sent from has been added to a spam block list. According to SendGrid all you need to do is notify them of this happening, and they'll request removal from the block list. Simple right?I've had a ticket open for 2 weeks and have her to hear anything back at all. This means our customers haven't been receiving any of our transactional email for weeks now, and there's nothing we can do about it.Absolutely ridiculous, their support is a joke - non-existent it seems.

I have tried to buy paintings from you. You present beautiful paintings for us to purchase. Down and dirty you don't get what you see. They can't reproduce the paintings the way you 1st see the painting. You loose serious interested in the love you 1st had for the painting. Don't waste your time with dispointment...This has nothing to do with a refund. It was the frustration of trying to get the paintings to look like on your site.

Has anybody tried to move their Telstra Internet service recently? The level of incompetence is beyond belief and they’re in the business of delivering technology services! After 45 minutes being bounced from the app to the web site and finally to a chat, having my id verified 3 times, twice being asked to enter my address and numerous other repetitive requests for information, I was finally advised I would have to start the process nearer the time because it can only be done a month out (ie. in a few days time).To top it off, I’m still receiving “bills” for an address I moved out of over 18 months ago saying I’m in credit, even though the service was transferred to my new address and after contacting Telstra multiple times over many months to close the account and refund the credit. Conversely the AGL & energyAustralia moving house online processes were fast, efficient and easy to deal with. Telstra shareholders should be disgusted at the complete waste of funds and replace all management immediately!
