I spoke with William about getting a new phone and I wasn't eligible for an upgrade and then he said, if I opened up a third line, I would be paying the same price as I am for 2 lines so I did, and he told me that if I buy a phone off eBay an S7 Edge, I could get a Samsung. S24 ultra for free and he even helped me find it on eBay. I've been trying to get ahold of the back office, but they still won't get back with me all of the customer services doing is give me a run around. I did talk to the loyal department and all they are doing. Is giving me a run around too? They even took $436 out of my account for no reason. And they wouldn't even refund it. If anyone is trying to get a phone from AT&T for business, I would not recommend it customer service sucks.

Wish I could give a zero. They have been in possession of a 300$ return of an item they sent me that was defective, that I sent back, and still have not refunded. Apparently they need a month to “inspect” and item that they clearly didn’t inspect before they shipped. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

ESPN+ is the worst, I pay for it per month but every other time you go to watch something, they make you sign back in and go thru the process of verifying your subscription, then when you try to watch something, it tells you to subscribe to ESPN+, which I already am, this has happened over and over. If you ever do get to watch something, the quality is terrible, freezes constantly, pixalated, terrible. How can ESPN be considered the leader in sports programming and they are soooo bad

The new home screen is terrible. I've used Garmin for years and go in the app multiple times a day (A LOT). Now it's not worth it. I have to hunt for the date that i could see on opening before. The writing is too small I need my glasses so unusable in the gym. The tiles are huge and have a lot of empty space and I have to scroll for the same info. I hope they revert back as it's useless to me the way it is.

I used Agoda to book a variety of hotels. The bookings had an element of cash back to be claimed at a future time. Despite numerous attempts and updating the App, I'm unable to claim the cash. The Agoda on line system, which I contacted was useless and signed off without resolving the issue.

I was waiting for weeks, nothing, of course. I tried to contact them and, of course, no answer. These are criminals and thiefs, and these guys belong in jail! Never buy anything or add money to your account to promote, and really don't believe any of the positive reviews from them; they are all fake.
