I would leave 0 stars if I could. I had a subscription for 3 months. In that time, I was unable to watch 4 MMA events, even though my subscription was paid and the fights were not PPV. The site just keeps telling me that I need a subscription in order to watch. This site SUPER SUCKS! I wish I had read all of the negative reviews before I wasted my money.Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY AN ESPN SUBSCRIPTION!

Unclear Service Deactivation Issues

I’ve used Venmo for years without any issues—until I reported a fraudulent transaction. I paid a significant amount for a service that was never provided, and when I reported the issue through Venmo, my account was permanently deactivated without any timely prior notice or clear explanation.I reached out to Venmo’s customer support to understand what had happened. Unfortunately, I was given vague responses. I was told that there was a violation of the user agreement, but no specifics were provided. I was referred to the user agreement, which I read thoroughly. However, I found the terms confusing and not particularly helpful in clarifying what I may have done wrong.According to their policy, personal accounts aren’t supposed to be used for business unless it’s with an authorized merchant or a verified business profile. In my case, I believed I was dealing with a business account, but I was unaware of any clear way to confirm that on Venmo’s platform. It’s difficult for users to distinguish between personal and business accounts, especially when the interface doesn’t clearly identify them, or users haven't been notified by it.I asked their customer service representatives for guidance on what constitutes a violation in different scenarios—such as paying a neighbor for babysitting—and they couldn’t provide consistent or clear answers. This lack of clarity makes it easy to unintentionally violate terms, even for users trying to follow the rules.Very strange that they are penalizing the buyer for business accounts not properly marking as merchant accounts. What concerns me most is:1: The user agreement is vague and hard to interpret.2: Account suspensions or bans are issued without clear, actionable feedback.3: Support staff seem unsure about the platform’s own rules.4: There’s no way to escalate or speak to the team responsible for the decision.I’m sharing this to help others be cautious. It’s important to understand that even reporting a fraud or misunderstanding the rules could lead to account termination, and resolving it afterward may not be straightforward.

Almost impossible impossible to post a review, although my review is family-friendly, posted to the correct business, and in compliance with all review submission guidelines. There is nothing suspicious in it and it doesn't violate any guidelines. Still, for several days I get an email about: "Our travel community appreciates you wanting to share your experience with them. We need you to make some changes and resubmit your review to comply with our guidelines. For more information, please see our policy about Promotional or Commercial Content" - but they don't write what is wrong and I can see it fully lives up to all policies and guidelines, incl guidelines for all other major review sites I'm using. I've complained and written a bad review - and then they remove it and write I should see the policy about promotional or commercial content even though there's no promotional or commercial content. It's just a plain, normal review and no additional explanation. Seems like they have serious problems with incapable, incompetent moderators and that also explains why they don't tell anything about what is wrong... They've rejected my truthful review around 4-5 times, so now I'm returning the favor with a single star-rating here, which I think summarizes everything nicely.

Disappointed with the company I purchased a laptop for my daughter and it developed a fault while still under warranty so sent it off for diagnostics and it came back saying it was a faulty hard drive which had been replaced with new software but the fault still remains and I have contacted customer services countless times who keep telling me to reset to factory settings which never works then get told see how you get on over the next seven days then it’s someone will call you tomorrow and nobody ever does they will not let me speak with a manager and now they are saying the complaint is on going but this has been going on for 6 months now and I have still not got anywhere it’s a absolute joke.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The item arrived quickly, but it turned out to be too big. Simple reason for a return, right? But no... not with FIFA shop - it's been a week of me chasing them to provide me with a return address! None is indicated on the website, no return label is included. I had to email them photos of the item, the packaging etc for an INVESTIGATION! Still no address to return the item. If I knew this would so painful I would never ordered from them! And I will never order in the future! I really hope to get my money back.

Very bad customer service and delivery

Very bad customer service and delivery. I purchased an ASUS lapton on Amazon, and they have delivered me a trimmer for hair. I returned it back and straight after that bought the same ASUS one on Laptop Outlet.co.uk - and I have not received it now in a week, even if I requested a quick delivery one (1-2 working days). So, now I paid on Amazon - £599.99 and £699.99 on Laptop Outlet, which means that ASUS holds £1,299.98 of my money with no return from one source or even sending the laptop. I am very dissapointed, and from own experince do not recommend using their services, as you might not receive the good requested.

Sewage overflow, no plumbing

Cannot flush the toilet because it causes the sewage to back up into the shower. Have to use the showers and bathrooms at the pool because the plumbing is all backed up in the unit. This is disgusting and we've been dealing with it a few days now. Finally got a plumber in today, but it's still not fixed. Best case the plumber can come back tomorrow, worst case the plumber will take 5 days to return. VRBO and owner are being very slow to respond and uncooperative. We are having to spend so much time on our vacation trying to contact people and get help to deal with this awful issue, when we should be here to relax. This is a nightmare.

Take care! Indiegogo does not care and does not help you if the project is just scam. I lost 700$ at the Avarax Scam and Indiegogo let them go with over 700k$. Just read the comments of the Avarax Project or Silent Partner. Lots of People just lost their money and indiegogo does not give a f..k.
