Review of mercari
My package didn't arrive more than one month ago, it's status is "lost in transit", and the mercari does not doing anything.if I write for them, answer is late like a week, and telling me wait one more week. They are just pulling the time.

I honestly don’t know where to start with this hotel.I find that there is no culture of customer greeting. Customers came in and went and as long as they did not have any direct dealings with the front desk, they were completely ignored. We were checked in by Oliver, who proceeded to ignore us each time we walked past and tried to say hello. This is basic customer service - make eye contact, smile and greet.At breakfast, my son and I came down ahead of my husband and other son. We were told breakfast was not included in our rooms and we had to pay, so I paid for myself and one son (£35.90). I told the agent that my husband and other son would settle theirs when they got there, which was okay. Unknown to me, my husband had paid for all four of us and what ensued following that knowledge was like a scene from somewhere outside of the United Kingdom. Unbelievably, the front desk manager told us she could not refund what had been paid because my husband and I should have communicated better, so there was no double payment. First, I thought I did not hear correctly and when I recovered from the audacity of her comment about, not only the potential violation of our rights as customers, but also my relationship with my husband, I told her her comment had been out of order and it was the hotel’s responsibility to keep track of customers who had paid for any services and avoid double payments. She apologized and promised to refund our breakfast costs. But there was no refund.My son and I tried to get the attention of the waiter at the restaurant named Roy. He blatantly ignored us and when we sat ourselves down, he told my son he couldn't sit there and quickly ushered him away from the table. I just returned from getting some food when my son told me, how he was thrown out of the section we originally sat in and was told to go get a seat elsewhere. That was an affront from someone we tried to get to seat us, but ignored us. Again, Customer Service 101.Meanwhile, while I was at the beverages station getting a latte and adding sugar, one of the restaurant staff named Zyllah Swanscoe came over and stretched her arm, more like her armpit over my drink on the table. She was trying to get something on the other side of where I placed my drink and when I corrected her that she should not have done that, she looked straight at me with such resentment, held my gaze for a few seconds and said not a word, not even of apology, picked up her drink and walked away. In a nutshell, she stretched her armpit over my latte, stared me down when I pointed it out and walked away. No apology. Yet again, Customer Service 101.Back in the room, our TV did not work and when we called Reception, we were told the maintenance guys had closed till morning. We returned from the awful breakfast experience to find our room door open and a maintenance guy in there fiddling with the TV. This was grossly inconvenient, as all we wanted to do was pack up and proceed to checkout. The timing just could not have been worse.On the whole, rooms okay, but customer service was horrible, non-existent at best. The only staff who tried to be helpful was a guy named Kristo. He took the unwarranted payment, promised to refund and took me to the front desk

I've had a connection issue that Ubisoft told me they would " Help me resolve " But I've not heard anything back from them in 2 weeks despite me starting a new chat about it and adding two more messages to the ticket. They couldn't care less about helping you with your problems.

This is the worst email service. I create an account and then come back later to sign in, it always states that I have violated their terms of agreement and tries to force me into giving them my phone number or someones phone number. I clear history and do it again. I will never give them my phone number and will use other email services .Microsoft does not care what people think and one day it will come back to them. I will be thankful for a bigger competition to take them down all the way.

They are taking away my money and there's nothing I can do about it!They have ripped me off of almost $700!I have talked to the customer support representative to cancel my $1.99/mo subscription and instead of cancelling it, Bloomberg cancelled the promotion, but kept the regular subscription at $34.99/mo.WHAT THE HELL? That's flat out scam. I have a proof.I have lost the access to the email connected with the account AND can't change it via dashboard AND can't cancel the subscription via dashboard AND can't get to their support in any way in.Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way Bloomberg does business. The product quality was not upto the mark..but had pethetic experience with return pickup..I made 10 calls to remind them to collect it on time and everytime they made sillly excuse like your number was not working...it has been 5 days and m still keeping this and waiting to get my money back ..they didn't initiate refund just because they have not collected it yet which is absolutely their own fault ..they promised me to provide it's resolution today coz I clearly told them I can't take more off from work but no response til now .. unprofessionalism noticed

Uber's website is always super buggy and slow. They make you pay after you place an order, which makes no sense. Last time my order got canceled without any information, what happened and they already took my money, so now I'm thinking if I should cook or wait to see what happens. You can't even speak to anyone from the support, when you open the chat messages for the support, YOU CANNOT EVEN TYPE? Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I've been a customer for years now, and while sadly not all developer support GOG DRM free approach, every game I own on GOG are mine and that is great.I also had a great interaction with their support, which were really nice and friendly and helped me resolve my problem easily.So yeah, I'm really happy as a customer and plan to keep on supporting GOG as long as they keep on supporting DRM free games.

I ordered my crocs online on Jan. 14. They were supposedly delivered on Jan. 19 at about 7:30 PM. They were not. The oddest thing is the Croc website says wait 72 hours before you contact them as they might turn up. I hve never seen that before. I foolishly waited and now after a little more than 72 hours I try and contact them and they CLOSE at 5PM Friday until Monday morning. I am all for sane work hours but somehow this doesn't work for me. I will just cancel my order and have them refund the money instead of waiting again for my order.
