I ordered my crocs online on Jan. 14. They were supposedly delivered on Jan. 19 at about 7:30 PM. They were not. The oddest thing is the Croc website says wait 72 hours before you contact them as they might turn up. I hve never seen that before. I foolishly waited and now after a little more than 72 hours I try and contact them and they CLOSE at 5PM Friday until Monday morning. I am all for sane work hours but somehow this doesn't work for me. I will just cancel my order and have them refund the money instead of waiting again for my order.
