Within just 1 hour of creating my account, I encountered login issues. It turned out that LastPass had signed me up with a misspelled email address — an address I 100% did 'NOT' provide.After wasting over an hour on their useless chatbot (no help at all) and enduring a phone call lasting more than 35 minutes, I managed to log in with the incorrect email.But then I couldn’t update my email in the user settings. I then had to delete my uploaded .csv file of passwords because the required verification email was still being sent to the wrong address, and no way of correcting this!I requested to have my account and all personal data deleted — yet the process was a complete farce. They continued emailing the incorrect address even after the deletion request.A very close call, but thankfully I won’t be trusting this company with anything going forward.Lesson learnt: I should have read reviews first before wasting time on this utter rubbish.

I needed a refund and did not understand the email ( my fault for reading through too quickly), the support person calmly and politely replied right away and explained again...I actually got my response in under an hour and I believe a real human or awfully good ai response! None the less very happy with how it all was handled.

This is without question the most unethical credit card company still in business. For over 15 years, I paid my balance in full every month. Recently, because of a return, I canceled an autopay and paid manually. Despite ending with a zero balance, they still charged me $12 in interest — a pure scam.I called customer service, and after 20 minutes of confusion and being put on hold several times, the first agent admitted it looked like a system glitch. He said that he had tried to remove it several times, and apologized — because even he could see how ridiculous it was. He then transferred me to a “supervisor”, with a cold, apathetic tone, who couldn’t have been more useless at her job. She twisted herself into mental gymnastics to justify the charge by claiming the payment didn’t process in time — even though there was no balance due. She lied twice; she said that she couldn’t remove the charge, even if she wanted to, and she refused to escalate my complaint, claiming she was the highest authority that I could talk to. Which was almost funny, because real supervisors aren’t working night shifts at call centers. When I asked how to cancel my account, she said that she’d “be happy to cancel the card for me whenever I was ready.” Because I had a pending charge for an item never delivered, I was forced to wait 8 weeks (8 weeks for a fraudulent charge!)Fifteen years of perfect history doesn’t translate to any form of loyalty for them; they’d rather steal $12 than keep a longterm customer.If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid them like a plague.
