Your numbers up BBC!!! Premier league back on & whilst I’m no mega sports fan it is so refreshing to hear a bit of sensible discussion & not having sport rammed down my neck! Not content with showing us Commonwealth Games all day & all evening on two channels we are then subjected to ‘Today at the Games’ where you repeat it all over again. Thankfully my licence fee is not due until October as it will give me some time to really seriously consider if I should continue to literally waste my money!! You are an absolute disgrace!! I see that you have now even resorted to repeating regional weather forecast from early evening bulletin to 10.30pm bulletin - public broadcast service?? I really don’t think so!!!!

Warning ‼️

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with AT&T as a warning! If possible, I would assign a negative rating to this experience. AT&T has undoubtedly provided the worst service I have encountered. After purchasing a cruise package, I experienced a disruption in service during the first week. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the problem persisted. A lengthy phone call of one and a half hours while I was on the cruise only resulted in assurances that the issue would be fixed, but it was not. Upon returning to the US, I contacted the company again and was promised a credit for the extra fees of $328.42 I was charged for a service I did not receive. Unfortunately, my bill was not corrected. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor, but was told that the issue would be resolved without needing to escalate the matter. However, the problem remained unresolved. After multiple calls, I was finally credited the initial fee of $100.00, but I was still charged $328.42 for services I did not receive. It appears that AT&T's customer service lacks concern for their customers. I feel taken advantage of and wish someone would listen to my concerns. Instead, I am left feeling trapped.
