Review of coursera
This company is a joke. I contacted support right away when my mouse accidentally clicked on the subscribe button. But they told me "Be advised that you can try it and come back before 14days and they will unenroll me and return the enrollment". So I tried and find out the course is just under 20 lines of codes session for total complete newbie which i can find thousand better on the internet. And then when I contacted support again for unenrollment they said " We can not do that because you completed the course" Wow! Totally bulls***. The support really "Understand your concern"

I collected 25$ of Donations of which i can withdraw 22.13$. After adding my bank information, it told me „processing“ or whatever. I can understand that it takes a while. After 1 week they told me they need proof of how i earned the money and where i advertise the page and stuff. After doing that and waiting another Week they told me that they needed more proof and asked for basically exactly the same information. (I own a small YouTube channel with 5k Subscribers). I entered it again and after another week of waiting they just declined my „request“ or my „proof“ i don’t know what to call it. It just seems like they want me to give up on that 22$ cus they are so slow and annoying. I would recommend this site to no one and if you think about using the site for donations, don’t do it! I recommend using ko-fi instead, i just started using it and the money goes directly into my paypal there :)
Review of WordPress
I love WordPress. I find it very easy to use and love the fact that there are countless themes (many are free) with many personalization tools and options. My favorite being that with many themes you can upload your own photos to use for background or header images. Search optimization and all the sharing options are all pretty much choose, click, and save and WordPress takes care of the rest. WordPress even takes care of the security which was a relief for me. But the excellent customer service is why I gave five stars. I have asked many questions, especially when I was new to blogging and due to my inexperience many times I have been clueless to what should have probably been simple, but each and every "happiness engineer" that I have dealt with over the years has always responded to me with courtesy, friendliness, and patience that went beyond anything I could have asked in helping resolve my issues. I truly appreciate knowing that they are there when I have an issue that I can not figure out.The only criticism I would actually have is that maybe a fourth plan, or maybe even "pay by feature" options that could be added to allow for "hobbyists" and writers such as myself who have a very small number of viewers to access some of the features that are only offered with the most expensive business plan, when many of us simply do not need all of those extra features. I would recommend WordPress to anyone

Review of wayfair
Wayfair u suck on the customer service. Shipping on this took almost 3 months. It arrived today after ur customer service rep said it could b delivered on a friday. The young men who brought the chair were super nice and helpful. The company they work for are asses. Sucky customer service. U both need to step up with the service. Or u will loose customers.
Review of themeforest
Extremely difficult to use and would NOT recommend for someone who has no coding experiences. This is nothing like the Shopify free theme which I can easily modify myself, I will rate it 2/10 user friendly. You will need to hire 3rd party to operate this theme. Unfortunately, I’ve bought it by looking at the reviews and $89 wasted! Do not buy this 👎

Review of panasonic
After an issue with a brand new 58" TV, tried to contact Panasonic support through their website, by email, and by twitter. After a single "turn it off and on again" (settings reset) response that didn't work, they stopped responding to me - I can only assume they know it doesn't work correctly and refuse to fix it. Absolutely pathetic, horrible, uncaring lack of support. Do not buy anything from them!
Review of moz
One of the best SEO resource websites out there. My complaints are that many SEO tools that you can find for free elsewhere on the Internet are not available for free use on seomoz, on their resource page Internet Marketing Handbook, even though they call it a "free resource page". It's only for paying members, even simple tools like checking keywords and other things. Definitely not impressed with that.Even so, probably the main reason I love this site is their articles, community and blog. I've used their tools before, and my money is best spent elsewhere. Their tools aren't bad, but they aren't worth it for the price in my opinion.
Review of Etsy
Etsy only cares about the commission they make. Fortunately most sellers are honest. However, I recently had a bad experience and lost money on an item from a shady seller who has closed their Etsy storefront. Etsy could not care less about this. They pass the buck and say contact PayPal. PayPal says contact Western Bid. Western Bid is another shady company who will not be accountable for the bad seller. As a result I will not be buying anything from Etsy again.
Review of edx
I did my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in EdX and it was a good experience. You would reminded to resume based on the class category you requested if once a week, 3x a week or extensive. And at the end of every module there were exercises/exams where you will be given 1-2 x chance to answer correctly. So, it is best to take down notes to get the most of the course. So far, I was given the leniency I need to finish the course according to the time allotted. There were some comments from previous takers where they were asking for the certificate after part 1. As for my experience, I have my certificate issued after part 1.The experience was by far, good and I learned a lot.

The new invoicing system is ridiculous. No audit history after the first email sent is insane if you have one or more people in the file. You look like a complete idiot emailing the client twice. And it took 45 seconds for each invoice to load on the screen and history notes to present itself. Its a waste of time.
Review of fiverr
I had a horrific experience on Fiverr as a freelance coder, and I strongly caution others against using this platform. I worked 110+ hours on a web development project ($450, two milestones). The first milestone (core code) was fully delivered, approved by the client, and functional. The second was 80% complete when I hit technical issues and offered a refund for that part, providing all files and a paid domain. The client demanded a full refund, claiming the project was “unusable,” despite approving the first milestone. Shockingly, Fiverr cancelled the entire order, leaving me with $0. The client kept my code and domain for free. I spent weeks appealing to Fiverr’s support, providing evidence (code, docs, screenshots), but they dismissed me, citing the client’s “loss of trust” and a policy that supposedly prevents use of my work—yet they offer no enforcement.Fiverr’s system fails freelancers. Approved work can be retroactively cancelled if a client complains, leaving you unpaid while clients profit. I lost 110 hours, domain costs, and trust in Fiverr. Avoid this platform unless you want to risk working for free. I’m sharing this to warn others and urge Fiverr to fix their unfair policies.*Answer to Fiverr's response:Fiverr’s response ignores that my approved milestone was cancelled and offers no solution. Their ‘policy’ on work usage is unenforceable, leaving freelancers unpaid.
