Ref :21633294I had a night night stay booked with you to Mauritius, I phoned you call centre to enquire about cost to amend my booking to either a 12 night stay or a 14 night stay.The phone lines at Emirates were problematic yesterday and the advisers had openly admitted that they had had some complaints regarding them.When connected to the First Lady she asked if she could phone me back when she had researched the difference in price.I suggested she email me and I would ring in if I wanted to accept the change and proceed.After a couple of hours I had not received anything back in my email from Emirates. I phoned back and got a different gentleman who contacted the original person tasked with this request, he informed me she had been really busy with other customers and would get it over to me shortly. A short while later the lady rang me and asked if she could do it the next day as she had been busy with other customers, I objected stating I was a customer who had already been on the phone and I expect her to finish with my request, she agreed and about twenty mins later I received the quote. I phoned up emirates about 15 mins later to accept and book but got a different call handler, they said they could not get a price the same as original call handler and it was another £3000 extra on top of what I had just been quoted.The call handler said he would message her and get her to ring me back the next day. Around 9.30am the next day I again called as nobody had contacted me.Another call handler listened to my predicament and after a lot of other calls came back with another quote this time about £1000 higher than the original. I asked them to honour the emailed quote which he refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold twice to wait for a supervisor but he was busy. I said I would like to completely cancel my booking with an understanding that I would lose my £302 deposit.The whole experience from dysfunctional internet phone lines to been cut off, put on hold and then at the end of it not getting the quoted price 20 mins after receiving it has left me absolutely stressed out and most of all disappointed in a company as 5star as Emirates proclaims.I had enjoyed a week in Dubai in April with Emirates and that prompted me to use you again.The customer experience forced me to withdraw my custom and any future custom. You lost over a £14000 transaction and I am left out of pocket and disillusioned with Emirates.I would like my deposit please reimbursed for the unprecedented amount of time waisted and disappointment. How can you possibly send me this amendment quote and not honour it within 20 minutes?

Canva is a good platform but their customer service is the worst of them all. I don't think Canva trains their customer service staff on how to solve issues. By far the WORST internet provider I have ever had. Firstly, my order came 4 days later than I was told it would. I was also given a tracking number that didn’t work. I contacted customer service and they kept running me around in circles instead of giving me the location of my order. Secondly, I have only had this internet for 10 days, and for the past 6 days it hasn’t been working correctly. Constant DNS is down and their customer service won’t help. I’ve tried all of the ‘troubleshooting’ options and even moved my internet box to a different area of the house and still nothing. Lastly, if you want decent internet, go with Xfinity. I really don’t know what I was thinking by trying a new provider, but if I can get out of this I will be. If zero stars was an option, that’s what it would be.

They charged us 400 dollars without even warning us about the new price for existing customers. The same plan for new customers is 180. They just raise your price yearly. Very deceptive. Also their customer service is terrible. No phone number. They say it takes 2-3 days for an email reply. Still waiting.

Incredibly fraudulent and deceptive business practices going on here. I got charged for a renewal even though I turned my auto renewal off. Aside from that there is no public information on subscription prices which itself is pretty shady. The cancel button for the auto renewal is also hidden on purpose and there is no cancel confirmation assuring you that you actually cancelled your renewal. Additionally you get spammed to death with tons of e-mails even if you disable all settings so even if you decide to filter them yourself in your inbox, you might get screwed by missing updates to the subscription which are of course also deceptive. Instead of titling your e-mail to specifically to your subscription, a general "Update on Academia Premium" tries its best to hide the fact that this is about your active subscription by casually mentioning it only at the very bottom of the e-mail. Customer support has been largely useless and the unwillingness to resolve this just shows how intentional this borderline scam is. Also, it's 2024, display your prices with taxes included, not everyone is as backwards as you Americans.

We bought a set at the Lego store and it was missing the instructions as well as all the minifigures. Store would not take it back because we had opened it ?!! and customer service couldn't do anything except ask us to wait 7-10 days while everything was shipped from Denmark. I only bought this to give my son a project as he recovers from the flu. I never would have spent $300 on a set otherwise so it doesn't do me much good to get this a week from now when he should be fine. Absolutely infuriating that a company will not take back a defective product.

I purchased a Pixel 8 Pro on 25th of May, at the very end of May it would no longer connect to the mobile network via the SIM which worked in my last phone and the Pixel before. I restarted the phone, turned it off and reseated the SIM - neither helped. So I called my SIM provider who told me it was an issue with Google pixel phones, could I try another phone. As I no longer had a second phone I was forced to buy a cheep Chinese phone for £60 and tried the SIM in that, it worked. Searching on the internet I see this a wide spread issue. I have tried some trouble shooting steps like resetting the internet and turning on and off airplane mode to no avail. All that is left is reset to factory defaults with the erasure of all my data. So I have decided to wait for a fix from Google for my Pixel 'brick' and if this does not happen by the end of year sales I will replace my 'brick' and never buy a phone from Google again.EDIT: It seems that the Google Pixel uses and older modem and hence suffers more problems than other phones

For the first time I ordered a macbook from them,worth 1239€ as a gift there was an antivirus,I ordered and the goods were not brought to me,I reported this via messenger to their company,they said they would conduct an investigation,I work from morning to night and live alone,they tell me after about 8 days that the courier told them that he was at my house and someone told him that the goods were brought and everything is fine,they tell me and I explain to them that I live alone and I am not at home at all during the daytime and no one came with such questions,after why did they say again that they would conduct an investigation, and answer me in about 10 days that the parcel was gone and they would return the money back to me, I answer them that it was good, and after 5 minutes they write me a message again to the mail that my account is suspicious and because of this I will not get my money back, to which I answer them, what is suspicious?The fact that I registered and made an order right away?To which they reply that yes, I'm buying for the first time and I'm not buying for a small amount, very strange people say that they will reimburse the damage, and after 5 minutes they answer that I'm suspicious and no one will return anything to me, and they force me to send some letter to their address with this problem, I don't understand why at all, I already lost both money and time with themNever order from them,very poor serviceOrder number 1284696020

Who in their right mind puts in an option to star all the photos you want to collect but then doesn't let you sort by starred or select all starred! It's baffling... Dropbox dev team please reach out if you would like help designing a good user experience. I have a 5 year old that can help.

But when I got in contact with them they covered the bases on security clearance to assure it was me making the crypto purchases and now its all running very smoothly again within a few hours.
