Review of garmin
Really bad customer service. Unfortunately my Garmin vivoactive 4S touch screen stopped working. After speaking to a number of people at garmin, I had to first pay for postage to send it back and now I have to wait a week for it to get processed and get a replacement sent back to me. I was told by the first customer service guy that I would get my garmin by the end of the week as I needed it to go away on Friday with and I just rang up again for another customer service guy to tell me that I wont get it until next week as it has to sit in quarantine for 3 days before they can process and send out a replacement. I asked if they could do anything to speed it up, they said no and then I asked them to delay the postage as I wont be in to collect it next week and they said no. As well all customer service people I spoke to were very monotone and rude. Not even an apology. Also I had to pay for postage on a product that broke under warranty to get a replacement!

I paid over $1000.00 for furniture on June 23. It was to be delivered in 3-4 days. Called on July 1 to ask where it was. They put in another order number for it. They said if I did not receive it by July 5, to call and I could cancel. Called July 5 because the FedEx tracking says shipping label created but nothing has shipped. I was told that they would cancel the order but would not be able to send me an email indicating that the order is cancelled. What? The foreign "customer service" rep was rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said her supervisor said she was in a long call and couldn't do anything more for me. The rep spoke over me and kept getting louder telling me that I accepted what she told me about the cancellation. This was a horrible experience. I see their rating of 1.2 stars and so get it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I fear I will never see the $1000.00.

LastPass - Pretty bold and unprofessional to give your customers a one month (only) notice for putting key functionality behind a paid subscription. Especially since it doesn’t feel like you’ve touched your software in the last 5 years. It’s the buggiest software I’ve been using. I’m sure you honestly know how bad it is but you’re not investing in it, just squeezing out the last drops from your customers. This was the last straw for me (and my friends). Thank you for pushing me over to your competition now. ✌🏼

We are constantly losing connection with WiFi. We have 2 boosters in the house and still this happens. When you phone they say we will fix it..... but it might improve for a day and back to normal again. I am sick of paying money for something that is crap.

quite the scam Linkedin has for jobs. I signed up for a free listing, next thing i know I'm getting billed. Good luck trying to cancel or call them. I sent an email, I disputed my amex charge, nothing but bills.You'd think someone would at leat respond to an email, nothing.
