My account has been locked for three weeks due to an encryption issue tied to Google, and all I wanted was a simple solution. Instead, I was told I had to pay for a premium subscription just to receive basic technical support.After two decades of loyalty, my only option now is to delete my account. If Yahoo continues down this path—prioritizing profit over customer service—it’s only a matter of time before they drive away countless long-time users like me. It’s a shame to see such a once-great platform take this direction.

It is imperative that we are able to register disagreement with petitions that we specifically do not support! If (for example) 10,000 people sign a petition, that looks like it has support, but if 20,000 don't sign because they disagree, this information should be collected and noted. It is not a vote, but petitions that are generally disagreed with should be stopped and those people that started them informed that their opinions are not commonly shared. I cannot continue with Change.org until some balance of opinion is included in all petitions. Unless a petition has clear (at least two thirds) support, it should be dropped.

Very misleading information on "anonymous" insurance quotes. I entered information after checking to make sure only minimal information is needed for online estimate. I got one estimate and every other company required that I enter my phone number etc. I am pissed!!!

Telstra kept sending overdue bill notifications months after final bill and cancellation of service was finalised. All bills had been paid on final bill months before. I can't imagine the amount of people they have overcharged this way!A huge profit going into the pockets of a private company that once used to be owned by the people!

Recently reported anti-semitic, and anti-muslim race hate comments to Facebook. On two occasions they came back and said they saw "nothing wrong" with the posts. Also reported defamatory content - again Facebook saw nothing wrong with people defaming others. This has become a TOXIC social media platform.
