Purchased Ira in 2018 with 4.75 rate for 5 years and have only made 5.00 intrest in 5yrs. Can’t get an answer from anybody that answers the phone after I am on hold for ever. I do have credit card and if I was late with a payment on that I bet they would have a human call me.I will not stop here until I get what they were to pay. I will stay on this!!!!!
